Breakfast was excellent and was in a convenient comfortable location.

No one was at the desk when I arrived. When she finally did come to the desk, it seemed as if I was a bother. I had to ask question about amenities, instead of being informed. I asked to not be placed near elevator or ice machine, I was put right next to elevator. Kept hearing people outside my door at all hours. Check out lady was pleasant. Staff was smoking outside the main entrance and staring, made me uncomfortable. Only good thing is they allowed a late check out. But other than that, won’t be back!

Bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was nice.

The bathroom smelled like urine. I know the hotel is undergoing renovations, so hopefully the rooms will be refreshed because they need it.

There were no outlets next to the bed to connect my cell phone charger.

It was clean and comfortable. We were greeted in a kindly and friendly way.

We had to go to check in desk 3 times due to a key problem and room not opening. We arrived around 1am so i asked if we can get a quiet room. At 8Am there was hammering under us and all around us. I was told by manager the hotel was under renovation and there was nothing they can do.

In the middle of nowhere! Arrived at 1:00 was told we couldn’t get in till 3:00. Tried to find something in the area to buy some time. Absolutely nothing! Went back and sat in foyer till 3:00. Was construction going on outside building. Workers took up all the prime parking as they were staying there. Both elevator floors were filthy, entrance had styrofoam all over rugs. Employees were doing nothing except moving mattresses out for some reason. Our bed looked like someone was sitting on it watching t v prior to us arriving.

Pull out mattress was very rough, uncomfortable. Cleaning staff should take a full view of room. Under beds, door areas for dirt etc.

eggs of any kind are appreciated for breakfast. sweetened coffee creamers are always a treat. the location was okay because I wasn't spending much time in Rome but amenities were a bit of a drive away

This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel a year apart. Both times the pool was down. We stayed both times as a dance team both times with kids looking forward to the pool.

I really like that our room had a hot tub in it.

The staff wasn’t the most friendliest and there were a few walls that needed to be fixed.

The location and breakfast

There was a nice selection of food for breakfast.

There is no soundproofing between rooms. We could hear every word spoken on either side of us. One night we were woken up by a baby crying at 2:00am. I would not stay there again because of this issue.
