Convenient location near the Honda Center. Room was simple and just what we needed for a one night stay.

I wish the room was just a little cleaner. The sink could’ve used another wipe down and our comforter had a cigarette burn.

It was clean and quiet at night.

It’s clean, and the room was big. Very comfortable and quiet. The owner was very nice, and the cleaning lady was very pleasant.

I like that it was right down the street from where my grandma lives the location was good but the owners are very rude and unprofessional if you don't have a chip card they don't want my money unless it's on a chipped prepaid card my unemployment card wasn't enough for them so I could check into a room for 2 days or I couldn't pay cash either so very very rude and upsetting

When I first got to the room I used the restroom and there was two roaches crawling around on the floor when I first got there that's kind of not welcoming to a hotel that you're paying to stay at

I asked to not have anybody come into the room when I was out and the cleaning person did anyway. I was not comfortable with their disinfection process for COVID and had to wipe down and clean everything again when I came in. The room has the bare minimum to qualify for a room... There could be so much more done with the space to make it comfortable for very little cost.

No breakfast was offered. We asked for a roll away bed and after the site said it was possible they said our request was denied.

front desk rep/owner was rude. She made it clear only people, no guests allowed for anything. No iron provided. Very OLD place. Few channels!!

Location, price

I was paid for a 4 night stay. Everything going well, except remote did not control volume on tv. I could live with that. Day 2 manager came to me, asked if ok they paint outside of door. I said sure , I had things to do anyway outside the room. When I return , door not painted. 8am next morning I go to get coffee, manager stops me wants to know can they paint the door. I had not even had coffee yet ( are you kidding) . I said sure it was outside of door anyway. Well they started painting and then came inside to paint inside of door. (Are you serious, paint smell gives me migraine) . I could not believe they could not wait 1more day ( my check out day). I went to manager and said listen you said outside they painted inside, and smell bothers me, NO it is inside paint no smell. (;Really no smell - tell my headache that !) I requested a 1day refund , which I felt was fair. No they said , that was all and no recourse was there for me to take. I just get screwed and have to take it. That is why I Not happy!! Only thing i liked about the stay was that it wasn’t noisy @ all... very quiet . other than that, i wouldn’t stay here.

here’s a list: room was super plain! walls as well, need more frames. -only 1 toilet paper, half way used. no extras. -no coffee maker - had 3 different awkward tiles that didn’t match the floor. -ripped sheets -dirty walls/bathroom - felt like they didn’t clean the floors , paint stains . -had a car freshener hanging on the bathroom door -bathroom was leaking, water all over the bathroom floor -remote control didn’t function -had a table but only 1 chair??? -small tv, few channels , -headboard extremely used & discolored. & such more! definitely not coming back.. not worth the money. look elsewhere people!!
