Розташування. Перша лінія . В номері є все необхідне . Дуже доброзичливий персонал . Зробили раннє заселення без доплати . Зробили апгрейд номеру без доплати. Дякую за це 🙂Також без проблем змінили дати перебування, і повернули різницю в ціні

Виглядає старувате але все функціонує. Потрібен ремонт .

L'odeur très désagréable d'humidité et de vieux qui sentait fort en ouvrant la porte de la chambre. Aussi, il y avait des poils dans la douche en arrivant ainsi que des cheveux dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Aussi, nous n'avions pas accès à la piscine qui était soit en rénovation ou inaccessible car les blocs de patios étaient défaits et la porte barrée. Aussi, une céramique de la salle de bain craquée et en miettes... Sans parler du 2è lit d'appoint très inconfortable sans aucun soutien et le manque de couverture

The team crew is amiable and professional. Also, the hotel location is fantastic, nearby good restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket!

The only good thing is that it’s right by the water that’s it and they have beach attendants there to help with chairs and umbrellas only for the guests staying at the property other than that. Nothing is good.

The staff was rude from even before we arrived at the property once we arrived at the property the staff was still rude, we saw a roach in the lobby and let one of the staff Memeber’s know and their response to us was what would you like me to do about it, every time we asked a simple question their response was always in a nasty way and with a really bad attitude and the pool was dirty around the borders and just the water itself

We were happy with the location on the ocean front and the access to the boardwalk along the Miami beaches. We also enjoyed the neighbourhood as it had a wonderful variety of restaurants. Although some distance from South Beach and other Miami locations, the free tram service was an amazing way to travel. The hotel staff were very helpful and available 24 hours. The pool was a great asset. Our suite was comfortable and spacious for the three of us.

The pool loungers are hired from a separate company. It works if you want to hire a lounger for the whole day but not if you only want to make a short visit.
