I’ve stayed here in the past and I love the location it’s on the beach the amenities such as the pool and poolside service the complementary umbrellas and chairs on the beach along with beach service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The same hold true for this stay.

The room was not very clean it seems it needs some updating the curtains had stains on them as well as the wall covering which are fabric the floors (carpet) was dirty and stained. Just not very clean especially compared to the previous times I’ve stayed there. This was very disappointing

They make sure you are fully satisfied l, treat you fantastic, very beautiful place, awesome music, bar on site with restaurant area, and pool. Right on the beach, extremely well priced. Definitely look forward to coming back here.

Wait was a bit long room wasn't ready in time but they fixed it which was amazing. They had a pool party but it ends soon so by the time we come off the beach from watching fireworks it became a ghost town. While the building three buildings over was still making plenty of noise. Not so much as something I didn't like as much as I was expecting to come back to enjoy some and missed out because it came to a end so early in the night.

Bad experience last time when the reception charged me twice for the same stay, granted that Booking.com contributed to this double charge

The door men very rude, although I told them my room number they still wouldn’t let me in. Their list wasn’t updated and my name wasn’t shown on the list. I had to wait for my friend downstairs to bring me my room key

Absolutely nothing!

General cleanliness is an area that could do with significant improvement - there was a half eaten Caesar salad that lay in the corridor for the entire day! The housekeeping closets were left open for most of the time. The photos of the rooms are very misleading.

I arrived at 11am and finally got to check-in after my husband went and asked about our room at 3:55 pm, they said they called my number but no evidence of that. This is after I asked if our room was ready at 2:30pm and I was told yes and they tried calling but then promptly told me it was another family with our last name and our room wasn't ready. We get to our room and wait 30 minutes for our bags not to show up to our room. I had to go down and ask for them to be brought up, usually when you get your key the luggage follows. I paid for a city view and got a roof top and HVAC view. The hallways smell like fish and the room we had was tiny. The tapestry on the wall had stains, lights flickered when turned fully on. I would not recommend this hotel for a family.
