The location was great for what I needed
The room was slanted and uncomfortably weird.

Was NOT on the park grounds. Wanted to be able to get up and go and that was not an option

the location, the helpful staff, ease of in and out. having 2 full bathrooms! full size kitchen!
only issue with me was the comfort. bed was uncomfortable. couch was scratchy and not conducive to watching tv.

We were amazed we got a whole apartment!!! For a busy town this was by far the best place we've stayed. The property takes pride of their property!! It's very well kept and the decor was trendy. Will definitely be coming back with the family for vacation!!!! Once you get past the awe of the apartment wait til the morning... Drink your morning coffee on one of the patios and be wowed by the sunrise and deer playing!!!

Great location. Very spacious at a fair price. Comfortable and clean with all of the amenities.
A large factor in choosing this suite was the jacuzzi. However, the hot water ran out each time we attempted to fill the tub. Additionally, the jacuzzi jets sprayed out tons of black, plastic/rubber debris.

The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. The room was an excellent value for the money. It's off season so there were few guests, which made it very quiet.

The soap and hair products were nice. Staff offered new room when I complained about the loud air conditioning noise.
Room smelled musty. Air conditioner was too loud. Disappointing because it turned out the Waterpark closed at 6pm on Sunday. I didn't get there until 4pm which was check-in. It wasn't reopening until the following weekend. Apparently summer season was over whole still August.

The location was ideal for families coming to the water park.
We were expecting a resort atmosphere and were disappointed. It was like a cabin style. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. They charge a resort fee but only had a swimming pool and no breakfast in the morning. The AC unit was very noisy. For the price it is not worth it.

it is a great spot! right between downtown New Braunfels and Gruene! The layout was perfect and the room had a way of making you feel just like you should.

Overall, a very satisfying experience! Easy parking. We were surprised how big the place was! Lots of privacy for my group of friends. Convenient coffee provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Space to hang out. Nice balcony overlooking water.
Price was a bit high and unfortunately I didn't realize we booked a location that wasn't in walking distance of pools or breakfast. The decor was dated and one chair was broken, but nothing major. Bathtubs could have been scrubbed a bit more, there were a few ants in the bathrooms.

No breakfast was offered. We loved the locations and the comfort of having 2 bedroom 2 bath. I was only disappointed in the condition of the furniture, the kitchen chairs were all torn. I really wanted to go tubing down the river and walk the river trail but they were both closed this time of year. Loved the town and seeing my highschool friends
