Not clean very dirty and so lousy sound proof is not good each rooms

The bathroom sink was leaking. They had to switch out TVs because because we couldn't adjust the volume or put the TV on mute or turn the TV off. So at checkout I informed the front desk that we were still having the same issue even after the TVs were switched out and she said they probably needed to program remote to the TVs. I literally had to crawl under the table twice to unplug the TV because the remote couldn't turn it off.

Our room was perfectly fine. The front desk staff were very friendly. The location was perfect. My son had surgery at the VA hospital, which staff was aware of, so the room was close to the elevator. It was very easy to get him in the back entrance, which was close to the lobby elevator and up to the room. Complimentary breakfast was nice, too.

The place was adequate for our stay. The rooms need sprucing up. The grout and tub were peeling, but the bathroom was clean. Only one icemaker was working. We put a do not disturb sign on the door when we left for the hospital, but it was disregarded, and the cleaning staff came in anyway. The pool area also was not very inviting. There was one lady who was part of the breakfast crew who was very rude to guests. A lady asked if there was any more pancake batter, and she totally ignored her, turned her back, and left. Now, she did refill the batter, but she could have acknowledged the guest who was left standing there without knowing if her request was heard.

Wir waren vorher in 2 anderen La Quinta Hotels, daher können wir gut vergleichen: Stark durchgelegene Matratzen, Raum mit schlechtem Geruch, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, Lüftung sehr laut, Raum wurde nicht richtig vorbereitet (fehlende Handtücher, keine Becher), Frühstück ist minderwertig), W-LAN quasi nicht existent

location was great to where we needed to be for work and free parking.

Our room was so noisy though because of the adjoining door-it was like neighbour was with us. The one night it was crying screaming kids with a cough, disastrous sleep. We tried to move but there was no where to go.

Rooms seemed a little outdated.

Room was damp and the shower handle fell off.
