the perfect hotel for a stopover for conecting flights!

Internet in the room: 17$.. sorry, but in 2024 wifi in the room for 300$ a night should be included..

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk a hotelben. Az összes terminál egy föld alatti folyosón elérhető a hotelből, amiben egy mini földalatti is jár. Szuper volt a bár, kiváló volt a reggeli, kedves a személyzet.

Loved how easy this was to get to from the Arrivals terminal! Also felt very safe late at night as a single female walking with my bags. Many airline crew are constantly also walking there off their flights so always people around! The underground tram was brilliant! Loved the clean, well equipped rooms. Service waa superb The business lounge breakfast was superb even for me as a Vegan/Pescatarian

I prefer a bathtub to a shower.

Taking the shuttle train from the airport, but ... finding where to catch it was difficult, given the construction at the airport and no signage to show you how to get to it.

The room was not prepared for guests, smelt like it had not been open for a while, and it was dingy; there was no soap, except in the bottle installed in the shower. The only restaurant was attached to a crowded bar, and nothing is within walking distance. We cancelled our booking and found another hotel for an overnight stay on the way home.

Lage ist gut, wenn man am nächsten Tag weiter fliegt.

Es wäre in einem Flughafenhotel (mit internationalen Gästen)nett gewesen, wenn man die Gäste darüber informiert, dass es über Nacht eine Zeitumstellung gibt.

We waited for a shuttle from the airport only to find out later that there used to be a train servicing the hotel.

Very convenient, friendly staff.

Limited room service menu. No “healthy” selections in the very expensive snack shop.

No quiet place to eat. Loud sports bar type restaurant and I was tired and couldn’t face that kind of environment. Confusing elevators

Location at airport. Convenient for a layover without having to leave airport site. Very comfortable bed and pillows

Lots of hidden taxes and charges. Wifi is only free in public areas. Charged every day for rooms so if you arrive before midnight and leave after midnight you are charged for two days. Wifi connection not fast and was very hit and miss trying to connect to work VPN.

the check in, the security getting up to my floor and the cleanliness of the room. I really enjoyed the amenities. lovely fresh scents.

Very convenient!

I think it’s the very first hotel I have ever stayed at over $200 per night where they charge you for the wifi if you book using a site outside the Marriott website.

Getting tired Bizarre method of getting there (‘subway’) Crazy layout. Orientation was a challenge at first.

Perfect location for an early morning flight out of IAH. Dinner at Flights was also quite good.

Staff were nasty and unfriendly, made us feel like we didn’t belong because our booking didn’t show up on their computer.

Enjoyed meals downstairs. Rooms basic but comfortable. Good location after long flight

the fan wouldn’t stay on in room cleaning crew didn’t get the late checkout message and threw my wine away

Ease of access to airport.

Very noisy rooms. Could not hear the planes but could hear my neighbours at 12, 4 and 6 am in the morning.

Straight out of the airport and into the hotel for an overnight stay before we flew to NYC.

The room was next to an elevator shaft that created a continuous noise all night and the breakfast was over priced and terrible. The menu says freshly squeezed OJ and they serve concentrated, eggs were over cooked.
