Nice hotel, rooms are nice and the breakfast buffet was ok but not great.

The bar staff ignored us and were slow both nights. The second night we drank one drink and left because service was bad and we were sitting at the bar

The sink is too small and does not have a lot of space for traveling. The employees there were terrible at helping check in and were very helpful when telling me she could cancel my reservation anytime.

The room wasn't ready at check-in. The room was delayed for about an hour for not only 2 rooms but multiple people just waiting in the lobby. I asked to find out how much longer since I had to get ready for an event and the lady kindly told me she could cancel my room if I didn't want to continue waiting. I believe her name is Fatima.

We weren’t able to stay. When we arrived we were told they were sold out and had no room for us even though we had a prior reservation. That was very upsetting.

breakfast was priced high for what was offered ao we ate at a mearby bakery and it was amazing.

I liked the aesthetics of the hotel. I thought the industrial vibe was cute our bathroom was nice as well. I think the choice of concrete everywhere helped with cleanliness so that's a plus.

I didn't like that I made a reservation 2 days in advance on booking.com, and the hotel never got it.I also didn't like that breakfast was said to be included in the price of my room. Yet when my fiance and I sat down and had breakfast, we received a bill. It's fine if we have to pay, we don't mind. We just would appreciate some honesty.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent. The facility was so clean and modern. This is the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at in Dallas on such short notice.

Love the pool/outdoor area. Plenty of games, towels, & seating. Front desk very nice on checking in. Tuna nachos & candied Brussel sprouts in restaurant are AMAZING!!!

Desk needs a vanity mirror. It’s difficult to have only one bathroom mirror when multiple people are getting ready or needs to use toilet/shower.

Have people that know how to make drinks and not give you top shelf liquor when you asked for bar liquor. And never keep someone waiting 15 mins before you even acknowledge them. Especially when they are standing 3 ft from you

1) Location 2) Atmosphere 3) our room had a corner toilet and well that was cool. 4) 24 hour gym looked dope if you have time for that

1) staff; rude front desk member; unknowledgeable about their system (my card was held for the full price of stay. Taken out of my account. But not showing on the system side… this has more stupidity that I won’t even go to. $500 for one night due to an issue on y’all’s side. Now I have to wait 1 week for the pending hold to drop for the same full amount. Like come on. 2) the room was set to 76 and took hours to cool off. It’s the middle of a 100 temp heat wave come on now. 3) false advertising: pics on your booking page of a beautiful pool area. Don’t get me wrong y’all tried but there are NO cabanas; some aging cornhole board & fooseball. 4) no insulation or noise defeating walls; you could hear full conversations from your neighbors (not even attempting to be loud; like why do I need to hear their dinner discussions)

Property was nice and customer service was superb. I don’t remember the guys name who checked me in but he was very hospitable. enjoyed the hotel, it felt like a vacation and I loved meeting other people who came for a staycation.

There was very loud music playing from either the courtyard area or a nearby neighbor at 6 AM that hadn't been turned off. I was not able to sleep in as late as intended.

I love the location. I have stayed at this property several times. Everyone who worked the front desk was lovely and helpful.

There was loud music by the pool until midnight my first night (Thursday) and it kept me awake. I was VERY disappointed that the bar does not open until 4 pm no matter the day of the week. It makes the pool a moot point for afternoon lounging. NO MINI FRIDGE a definite minus! I have medication that needs to stay cool.

I love the hotel, the bed is super comfortable and the room is always clean.

we had called ahead to the hotel to let them we were going to arrive late in the night around midnight. they mentioned there was someone 24/7 at the front desk. things happened and we arrived around 2:30am. Soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by the front desk employees unhappy face. No greeting, I had to be the one to let her know we had a reservation. Her attitude towards us was very unpleasant, she mentioned she was in the middle of audit, and it would take an hour to check us in. I don’t know what she did, but she gave us the key to the room, no direction, nothing else just handed us the key. The next day we tried going into our room at night and the key had been deactivated. When we went to the front desk, the same lady was there along with another employee. the other employee was very nice and got us fixed, as we were walking away, we heard the rude lady explain that we checked in during the middle of audit and she forgot to add the room. I’m not usually one to complain, but when you are driving for more than 6 hours, in the middle of the night, all you want to do is get your room and sleep. Unfortunately she soured our stay at this amazing hotel.
