Friendly staff , amazing staff
They didn't give out the full breakfasts Monday- Friday they only had waffles , yogurt, & cereal. During weekend they gave us the full breakfast.... I hope they'd tell us that since the start so I feel I didn't get the best value for my money....

Friendly staff and room was clean. Breakfast was ok
Hotel was ok but could be updated. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. First hotel I've been in that said no visitors. So had to go somewhere else to see grandkids.

That we got a refund easily.
Everything. It was in an unsafe neighborhood. There were strip joints on each side. A car in the parking lot was stalking us and drove backwards as were walking inside. Once we got into the room there was a huge roach. We immediately went down and checked out. At least he gave us a refund easily.

I love this place. I live not even 5 minutes from here but sometimes you need a break from everyday life and I pick this hotel every time. It's quiet, discreet and everyone here is so friendly. I love how comfortable it is. Like a home away from home.
There is nothing bad to say when it comes to any area of this hotel.

it was freezing and the heat didn’t work and nobody came to fix it

The rooms were a nice size and had everything we wanted at a decent price.
At night there’s constant music playing and cars screeching and people yelling. there also wasn’t much for breakfast.
