Property had everything I needed to just walk in with a few clothes and some food and I felt right at home

I was satisfied with every aspect

It was super clean, close to the airport, luxury feel.

It didn’t have coffee in the lobby and no shuttle service.

They only give you 2 washcloths and they never had clean towels so bring your own towels.

I was so upset with the manager I believe. She was not helpful at all. She was rude, and had no concerns or empathy for others. I believe because of my skin color I felt like I was at the wrong place. I believe people like her make people turn around and look for somewhere else to stay due to her attitude. Some people do not need to be working front desk or to be managers. If they are not worried about customer staisfaction but about there own satisfaction.

Full kitchen, including full oven. Much better staff than when I stayed previously.

Still found hair on shower wall and slight stains on door under kitchen sink.

we loved the layout of the rooms and the price was excellent.

the front staff were not very friendly and quite cold towards us all. they could definitely be friendlier.

Major issues with security there.
