Website said that toiletries were included but only soap & makeup remover was was in the restroom… if we had known that we would have brought lotion- shampoo-conditioner.

Very pet friendly hotel. Hotel staff was very nice during check in. Room was a decent size, with a very good tv selection on the remote (even let’s you go to YouTube!). We had to catch up on laundry when we were there and the washers and dryers very in very good condition. There was a pool, we didn’t have time to go in, but looked clean!

Lights in most the hotel are very dim, almost eerie looking. Especially in the halfways. Continental breakfast was very small without many options. (vending machine had a great selection compared 😅)

N/A: Charged for room never stayed in on March 8,2023 because of storm- Confirmation: 3665829180 PIN: 0129 We wanted to stay in front of California storm as we headed back up to the Northwest from Southern California. With the dire weather warning we phoned the Redding La Quinta and some one told us we had to contact Booking.com. We phoned Booking. com and the agent said they e mailed you about our circumstances and for you to consider the request From Booking .com: You requested to cancel reservation 3665829180. The emial went on to say "Although there's a charge associated with this cancellation, we asked La Quinta by Wyndham Redding to make an exception. We haven't received a response from them yet. " We kept driving very late and stayed at a LaQuinta in Medford on March 8,2023. We just dropped in - no email confirmation. Attached are pasted segments from our Visa: Medford: Mar 8- 9, 2023- where we stayed: March 9, 2023 LA QUINTA INN & SUITES CENTRA -$118.68 Redding: Redding March 8-9 -where we did not stop due to severe weather warnings: Mar 16, 2023 LA QUINTA MOTOR INNS 53 0-22 -$133.00

Would like this issue resolved and we are requesting a refund for the Redding no show because of extreme weather.

We were in the back of the motel on the third floor. My wife has asthma, it makes it hard for her to walk any distance from the car.

The staff was great. The quality of room was terrible no fridge or microwave. WANTED 2 queen beds got 2 doubles. Carpets were bad in room.
