Location , size of room, the beds were very comfortable.

The floor in our room was so dirty. If I walked barefoot they turned black.

I personally visited the property before making a reservation. Prior to disclosing my use of Booking.com, I was assured third-floor accommodations away from the main road. However, subsequent to booking, sudden availability changes led to an offer for a subpar second-floor room. The aging, loud heating unit emitted an unpleasant odor, and neglected maintenance was evident in dust accumulation. Expected street noise worsened due to thin walls and poor insulation. Additionally, cleanliness issues included moldy spots on the coffee mugs and hairs on the shower walls. While the establishment may suggest that issues should be reported during the stay for timely resolution, it's unreasonable to expect guests to address fundamental problems like a decades-old malfunctioning heating unit or every minute maintenance oversight, especially late at night. After hours of travel, additional interactions become undesirable, and standard procedures like room changes are impractical.
