We enjoyed the pool. The closeness to family activities. Went to water oark and trampoline jumping business. The friendliness of staff.

I liked everything. We had a great time.

Nancy, who did our check in was very helpful and kind. She is superb in customer service. The room was adequate and appeared clean. There was a smell of urine in the second floor hallway leading to room 234

There could have been a hot breakfast as advertised. There was only some yogurt, a few ripe bananas and some coffee. The advertisement did say a hot breakfast included and the picture showed a waffle iron. No such thing existed. We had to drive to McDonalds to get hot food.

Easy to get to right off the freeway. Check in was quick and easy. My room was ready despite booking it only a couple hours before. Despite obvious ongoing Covid safety protocols, breakfast was comprehensive and complete.

First of all, the staff here is excellent. The motel seemed really run down since I stayed last year. The first room I was given looked like a room rented by the hour. I asked to change rooms. The second wasn't much better. At least it didn't smell. The breakfast consisted of a small bowl with ice and yogurt pkgs stuck in it to keep cool. Brown spotty bananas, snack bars, and juice or coffee. I wish I had taken a picture. I was really disappointed. I normally brag about this motel. I will not be staying here again.

Location. East access

Exposed screws at bathroom door. Trim to over transition from bathroom floor to other floor was broken and missing. Leaving three screws a quarter inch exposed. Hazardous!!! Excessive Dirt buildup in corners of floors.

The room was incresible dirty and there were broken fixtures and flooring all over the place. My keywouldnt work after one day, went to the front desk and he said theyve heard some things and cant have that there. I asked what things because he obviously mistaked me and the room for simebody else and he just gave me a terrible look and attitude beforr he finally gave me a new key. I absolutely will never stay here again, and the price is absurd for what you get!

convenient to I-5

room furnishings were old and tired, with water stains and missing veneer. The towel bar at the sink was pulling the anchor out of the wall. The transition strip between bath tile and the vinyl planking was broken and most of it missing. The “breakfast” was the worst I have ever experienced. Granola bars, overripe bananas, packets of instant oatmeal and yogurt cups. Very lame experience overall.

Staff was nice and professional. They provided an iron board as requested. The swimming pool area is very nice.

The parking lot was deteriorated.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy.

The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast was only oatmeal and fruit. Usually, when breakfast is included, you get a choice of bagels, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc.

It was located near where we were going.

TV was a little small and had no NFL network channel

Clean, comfortable bed, good location close to I-5. The motel is a couple miles away from a good sized shopping area with plenty of restaurants.

it’s time to bring back a real breakfast, not just breakfast snacks loaded with sugar.

A man on drugs was rooming around in the parking and then entered the hotel. Though the hotel staff said they had not have any major issues with the cars in the parking. Not sure what the minor issues are then.
