Close to the event venue I was attending

Dirty bed sheets/cigarette burned bed sheets/stains on the walls and ceiling/dirty bath mat

Staff was excellent & very friendly & helpful. Easy access. Convenient location.

Upstairs neighbors were pretty loud (for a while).

This lodge has some availability, most of the hotels we were tryin to book were all booked. The gentleman who was in the office was very nice. I think he was the owner.

There was no cold water in the sink. Had to brush teeth with hot water. The bedsheets does not feel fresh and clean.

It's a bit run down & drab. Some weird loud noises at night (maybe some A/C unit?) I looks like it hasn't been improved in 30 years

The bed were comfortable .

The lodge was not what I expected per the website but it was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was not to safe. The bedspread had cigarette burns on them and the shower drain was slow

Location to hospital was why I chose this location. You can see the attempt to keep the place up and looking nice. At first glance it looks like an "old" but decent hotel. Looks good from far, but far from good.

On arriving the first issue was parking. Cramped with a few never moved vehicles some are double parked and trashed. The worst part was the bed. It had old dingy sheet covered in hair and stains. Disgusting. Even had spots of blood on mattress cover. Pillow case had someting melted on them. Bathroom faucet handel was falling apart. There was hair on bathroom floor. Toilet hardly flushed. You can see stains on walls through the attempted cover up with paint. It was the cheapest so you get what you pay for.

Very good location! Definitely a brownie point got it. The room (including the bathroom) is definitely kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. Goo refrigerator, microwave oven and great coffee machine! Good shower.

The "outside" definitely looks ... not clean. The (stingy) stairs leading to my room would need a good clean-up with bleach; the stair ramp is sticky; not pleasant. My mattress was so old is had a big "hole" on "my" side. Not that important, but 1 hinge (out of 2) of the bathroom door was not screwed (screws missing!) so I had to "lift" the door up to open it and be careful for it ... not to simply fall. Uneven service: one day, my bed ... was missing 1 sheet! (was corrected the next day when I requested)

Perfect for early morning drop off at nearby hospital.

Husband woke up with an insect bite.

No food available. The Keurig coffee maker didn't work well, and the packaged cream for coffee was so old that it was solid 1 cm flakes. The facility is safe, but the outside location is by no means conducive to venturing anywhere but to a taxi..
