Location was good, room was clean
The heat did not work in my room. They tried several times to fix it but could not fix it on the first night and there was no more rooms, so I had to get like 4 blankets to try to stay warm. The second day they came again and they finally fixed it.

The accommodation was very good with the exception of the lukewarm trickle of water that came out of the bathroom sink.
We arrived to check-in at 6:00pm and we were told that the room was not ready. We were shocked as we were told we could check in at 4:00. They put our luggage in storage and said that they would call/text us when it was ready. By 9:00pm we still had not heard from them. My son phoned and was told, “Oh yes, it is ready.” As if we had been told. This kind of treatment is not acceptable.

Positiv war allein die Lage und der Ausblick, für den ich vorab selber die Zimmernummer (3017) recherchiert hatte und für 370 EUR (pro Nacht) gebucht hatte. Alles andere war leider negativ.
Der CheckIn hat lange gedauert obwohl am späten Abend angekommen, das Parkhaus (Valet Parking) musste ich erst danach suchen gehen, die Betten waren dreckig (siehe Fotos), einige Stellen müssten mal wieder gestrichen werden (siehe Fotos), als ich um 22 Uhr etwas kleines Essen und Trinken wollte, hieß es OK an der Bar. Dann hieß es geht nicht mehr und bei der Weinauswahl hieß es 4 mal hintereinander, den haben wir nicht mehr. Ich kaufte dann eine Flasche Rotwein für 65 EUR (den es gab) und genoß den den Ausblick aus dem Zimmer bei Chips und Wein. Der Checkout am nächsten Tag dauert auch wieder lange - inkl. Warteschlange. Definitiv keine 370 EUR (ohne Frühstück) wert.

Nice room with view (at 24th floor). Nice bathroom and toiletries, gret fridge in room. Location is central right by Pennsylvania Convention center. Nice desk for work. Good bed

Staff was amazing from valet, bell desk, and reception. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Truly, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The view, shower, and even fluffy towels made my stay worth while.
I didn’t give it a 10 simply because the ac wouldn’t turn off. And when it did, it would turn back on and the temperature would be freezing! So if that’s what you’re into, the ac works great! It was just too cold for me. Staff offered to send an engineer but I was already leaving that morning.

I liked everything about this property. What I did not like at all is the fact that I was dubbed and overcharged by your company Booking.com on my room rate. I called Lowes and was told that I should reach out to you to request a price adjustment because the reservation was done through your app which is very misleading because your reply with the Lowes Hotel letterhead gives the impression that the customer is dealing directly with Lowes. So I emailed you asking for a reimbursement for the difference in pricing for the room but it’s been over 2 weeks and have not received anything from you. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The rooms are very spacious and upscale. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. My husband and I arrived a few hours before check-in time and they got us in super quickly. Also, room service is phenomenal and they have the BEST cheesesteak I’ve had in my life. This stay was just what we needed, and we will be back very soon!

The hotel itself is beautiful. It is centrally located in center city. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
Several issues with the room itself. Upon our arrival the tv did not work, but was quickly resolved by staff which was nice. Also several of the amenities in the room did not work as well, which was disappointing. Parking at the valet was chaotic. Overall overpriced.

Guest services went over and beyond! Upgraded our room upon request. Concierge recommended a place for dinner and got us a cab. I'd stay here everytime we are in Philly.

The location was good.
I booked a a room with a king size bed but upon checkin was told something along the lines of "we had a lot of customers book this afternoon and check-in before you so we no longer have a king available". Maybe you should tell them the king bed rooms are all booked? I specifically chose a king bed when I selected this hotel. Had one not been available I would have chose a different hotel. Which I will be doing in the future.

The rooms were the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. No hair, no sticky floors, no fingerprints. It was immaculate. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were immaculate. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The beds are so comfortable. They have quite a few free movie channels. Caution, the Figi water is $8.00 so don't just pick it up and drink without reading the little tag on it. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is a little low but the shower head in the shower is awesome. This place is a 10 plus!
Besides having to pay $49.00 for parking, there was NOTHING I didn't like about this hotel.
