The hot water wasn’t hot for us and the toilet had no water pressure so it barely flushed every time.

I guess if the hotel has too many showers or bathtubs running at once, water runs through your lights in the bathroom. boyfriend and I thought we left the shower on but it was just water pouring through our light from the bathroom upstairs.

We went to complain about it because it got our clothes and toiletries wet in the bathroom, the front desk lady didn’t know what to do. She tried to call her boss and just told her to tell the people upstairs to stop running their water and then hung up. She gave us towels to clean the mess up and that was it.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. They had breakfast in the morning (very basic, but it is Super 8).

I arrived late at night and checked in through a window; but had to walk back outside and enter through a side door. I get keeping staff safe; but the guests should feel safe too. The left side entrance was well lit, but the right side entrance was not - this late night check in set up made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. If you don't smoke, a smoking room can make the trip less enjoyable - so doublecheck your booking (pretty sure I didn't book a smoking room, but at 11:30pm you just want a place to sleep.

The bed was oke.

Booked/payed for a king room. After check in was send to a double queen with an funny smell. Went back for my King room, same smell so thougt, oke just 1 night. After 1 hour in the room i started coughing, my nose closed up and got a MAJOR headache. The window couldn't open so we tried starting up the airco. The SMELL CAME FROM THE A/C. Mold in the airconditioning unit!!!! we had to cover the a/c with the bed blanket (it was really late) so a very short night. The room was so noisy!! Pod smockers in the hallway. So overall the smell was so bad everywhere. Pool was closed and full on green!! Would NOT RECOMMEND. very poor for your health!!

The bed sheets and blankets and furniture had cigarette holes and burns all over. Dirty sheets, room smelled gross, water pressure was horrible. Breakfast was fruit and cups of yogurt. No pool as advertised. Bed was so worn out it was hard to get to sleep. Felt every spring in the bed. Had to go get my own blankets to lay on and cover up with
