Pool not locked after designated time, was loud during late night because of people being at the pool.

LOTS of things!! It was very run down - the pictures looked NOTHING like the actual facility. We will NOT stay there again and I will NOT recommend it to anyone I care about and who are looking for a comfortable and nice place to stay. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money!

It smelled awful, very run down. The rooms are tiny and dingy. The air conditioner didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the sink would get completely full before it would drain. We had 4 ppl in our room, only supplied 3 towels and when we asked for more they brought bath mats bc they didn’t understand English. The pool was open but the sauna was closed. The pool area was falling apart and holding water so walking around was dangerous. Definitely will never be back. Live and learn I guess.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was amazing! Beds were comfy.

We booked there because it had a pool. But the pool was closed the entire stay. That was a bummer. The floors in the room were very dirty. Our socks were nasty just walking around in the room.

Room in bad need of renovation in bathroom. Sloppy caulking around wash basin. Had to run hot water 20 minutes before it got hot. Could not talk to office from room phone. Person in office could not understand what we were saying. Had to go office with questions.

The free breakfast was really good. I also liked the gym that was next to the pool too!

When we got our rooms that were supposed to be smoke free, we got a room that reeked of pure cigarettes.

The scrambled eggs were the best part of the whole experience. The lady in the breakfast room was top notch. I tripped on a piece of broken concrete on the curb in front of our room 2109 and took a hard fall and hit my head. I did fill out an incident report. My doctor’s office is sending me to emergency for fear of a concussion. I am not suing but I do think I should be compensated. If I encounter medical expenses, I will be sending the bills to you. The room was okay but dirty. The bathroom molding needs a good cleaning. There is nothing to hold on to in the bath tub. I slipped twice trying to get out of the tub. The housekeepers kept us well supplied with towels etc. The room was nice and quiet. I would not stay at this location again. Due to the traffic it is too hard to get in and out of the motel.

The staff was friendly.The breakfast was good. We were close to pretty much everything.

It was hard to find parking at night. We wasn't sure how safe the neighborhood was behind the hotel.

The Employees were nice

I was a little shocked that the online pictures didn't match what the actual place looked. The amount I paid for I expected more. It wasn't terrible, but was lacking some of the cleanliness that the pictures implicated. I was also under the impression that the room I booked was going to have a jacuzzi tub and wasn't.

The breakfast was good.

The floors in the room were grimy and turned your feet black after you walked across them. In order for the kids to take a bath, the tub had to be scrubbed clean because there was mold along the edges. There also was a very small refrigerator in the room but the closest microwave was down in the breakfast room. For the price we paid this was a very low quality hotel, especially for the location.

Our room was on 2nd level of pool area, walls on 2nd floor hall had thick layers of pealing paint and mold. Very noisy and evening drunk parties the sound echoes. Room had a smell of tuna fish. Complained nothing was done. Refrigerator smelled of bad fish that you couldn't use it. I bought my own box of baking soda for Refrigerator which did not help. Room was not cleaned daily, trash not emptied daily, towels and linen was informed changed every 3 days. The back parking lot needed repaying building outdated. Beds was uncomfortable and squeaky.

My room I reserved was not the greatest because it was supposed to have a view of the pool and I didn’t have that. The shower curtain rod was about to come off the wall and there were spiders in the room.

Room smelled like smoke. There was hair on our pillow cases. We felt very unclean as soon as we walked into the room. We didn't stay. About 20 minutes after checking in, we checked out. Hotel staff refused to refund us because it went against their 48 hr. cancellation policy. We didn't cancel, we checked in and checked out because of undesirable room conditions. The management was rude and refused to refund us. We ended up having to call corporate and they had to deal with the staff at the hotel. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this one I could not let go by the wayside. The facility was just gross!

the location is the only thing that was great.

my room stunk so badly. my AC unit was broke, and I accidentally left a souvenir and I know I forgot it. when I called the property about it the guy said he went and looked and when I asked him what room he went to he gave me the wrong room number and I told him that wasn’t my room he said well we don’t have your souvenir… how would he know he didn’t go to the right room. it was a little bear statue that said hope on it and it was for my friend Hope.😞
