convenient location, very friendly staff

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and professional!!!! Would stay there again just because I was so impressed with the friendly staff!

The quality of the breakfast food left a little to be desired. But the folks that served it were the best!!!

I have not seen better customer service! All the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to have a staff that never acted "put out" anytime they were asked for assistance!! Rosa and Skyler were AMAZING!!!! They addressed every need we had and exceeded our expectations! They even wrote down local eatery numbers for us to call and have food delivered, when I asked what we could get to eat at a late hour. I tried tipping the girls and they refused to accept. The whole place was extremly clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying at Grand Oaks next time we are in the area.

If I had a complaint it would not be anything that was their fault. Next time I will inform them that I have a special needs child and need a bathroom with a little more room to maneuver.

breakfast wasn’t good

The tub/shower. I stand 5'3" and just barely got underneath the shower head. My boyfriend's head touched the top of the tub area. He had to get on his knees just to be able to wash his hair because the shower head was so low.

No enough fruit, no cream cheese, ice machine wasn’t working on our floor ( 4th )

Great location close to all the fun attractions! Staff was very nice and made sure we were taken care of!

The room wasnt cleaned there were cookies under the bed skirt along with a vape pen! Our original room the AC didnt work (however staff quickly changed our rooms and made sure the issue was resolved)! But this in turn resulted in a uncleaned room!

Room comforters were dirty. Room very dark Shower mat worn. Booked in April 2022 for this stay at this hotel. You changed my Room location. And night staff was very rude

it was very clean and everything was really close by, I definitely recommend going here. The staff and other visitors were absolutely nice.

I’m glad they offer breakfast but it really didn’t have much to choose from

Unfortunately we were there while a baseball tournament was going on. Parents apparently did not read rules of conduct and allowed their kids to run up and down halls, running up and down stairs, banging on walls and doors. I know this is not the hotels fault but wish there was something they could do
