The room was very clean, the view was awesome. Marissa was very friendly and ready to check me in, I told her she had a sweet spirit. we love the parking area, didn't have to go far, it was right in the resort. When I ask for towels they was right on it. And I loved that it was a no smoking resort because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, even though I saw a lady smoking her cigarette in the parking garage.

When I got up the next morning their was water on the floor between the kitchen and sitting area, so I called someone came while we was out but the issue wasn't resolve, because that night the water came back. I guess they have to wait till noone in the room, that night I kept hearing something sound like someone was bouncing a ball on the wall, not sure what it was.

Three nights that we were there, there was people in the room next to us carrying on all hours of the night to where we could not get much sleep we also went three days without a safe to put our valuables in until they finally got somebody to fix it

The property itself is well kept and clean. The younger staff that works there has more empathy and compassion than the people in charge. When I had concerns, they were the ones who responded in a kind manner.

When we arrived at the property after driving 8 hours, we were shocked to see that they were painting the balconies and we wouldn’t have use of them during our stay. We were never notified and when you book a room with a balcony, that usually means you intend to use it. I had elderly people in my room that would not be able to attend all activities but were looking forward to sitting on the balcony. Also the paint fumes were so strong, my mom got a headache and we had to go to another room. I’m so glad no one in our party was with child because we wouldn’t have been able to stay. Everyone I spoke to was kind and did their best to accommodate us until I spoke with the manager Shawn. He was so rude and cold and had no understanding as to why this even caused an issue for us. What bothered me most is that this person had the most authority. I hope the associates there get better leadership soon for their own sake. I was offered a small credit and 40% off of a future stay so I guess we’ll have an opportunity to use the balcony next year.

The building needs some updates. The rooms were fine, but the common areas were older and needs to be updated.

Beds were comfortable.

Facilities look run down. Construction going on everywhere. Couldn’t use most facilities due to construction. Need employees to monitor pool areas. Kids out of control with no parental guidance. Not very fun with my grandchildren and out of control kids. Pool area dirty, nobody cleaning. Towels were not available. Check in was terrible no direction on where to park while checking in.

Everything was great. Very clean, friendly staff and attentive when needed. Vety affordable. Easy check in and out.

Only thing was description shows a Murphy bed in the living room area. It was a fold up cot in a closet with a pull out bed couch.

I liked the view and some of the furnishings were nice. I liked having a garage to park in. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of things to do nearby. Being able to communicate with a staff member about concerns via text. The a/c was cold. Good Wi-Fi. Nice shower and bathroom. Room was clean.

The front door was hard to open. The shower wasn't tall enough for my 6feet tall husband. The main bedroom is at the front door instead of in the back where you get the ocean view. Beds could have been comfier. People next to us smoking stinky pot from balcony, but that was handled. The breakfast buffet is not worth the $12.95 and carpeted areas in the common areas needs updated. You can hear people in next rooms banging things early in the morning and late at night. You can hear people talk while passing by the room. We were on the 10th floor so waiting for the elevators was a common occurrence, but to be expected.
