room, cleanliness, and great customer services. I forgot my charger in the room after we left and your staff was so nice to give me a call and let me know I left it. Quick communications. I will email my address and info so my charger and cable gets mailed back to me. Appreciate all the kind gestures.
No breakfast; noise from the guest above; nose of the air-conditioning unit though we only used fan.

On the better side for a motel, did not feel like motel, pretty landscaping that surrounded pool, cute cozy for a quick night or 2.

After they moved us to a different room in the updated part of the hotel it had a comfy bed with nice floors. The staff was pleasant.
The room they originally put us in was very cold due to an old ineffective heater. All of the curtains in the rooms had large tears like you see in old horror movies. The room just looked dumpy.

Good location near restaurants and bars. Room was big w an outdoor seating area in front. Beds were good.
We had a room with 2 queen beds and a large handicap bathroom. Room was very dated w old shelving, a boarded up abandoned fireplace, dirty carpet and tacky bathroom floor. Smelled like old smoke. Room was next to the office and there was an apartment above us. We could hear banging and walking around through the wall & ceiling. There was a storage room next to our room and something wrapped in a tarp right outside our door. I think other rooms might be better than what we got? Not sure.

The owner was friendly and honest. I was so tired I did not realize l left my cell phone at the lobby. I was in my room less than five minutes. Someone knocks on the door and it was the hotel owner with my cell phone! My room was clean with a comfortable bed. I was in town for the Santa Barbara Film Festival and the hotel was on the same street as the theatre!

The whole place was super nice, cosy and all the details were thought.
We really liked the room and the personnel was very kind as well.

I liked the parking right in front of our room. Resturants across the street more resturants all in walking distance. So it's not the Ritz, but it has a pool, sitting areas, free coffee, big clean rooms and clean baths. Comfortable beds. Cable t.v, easy check in and out. Ryan was great and helpful. If you need a responsibly priced place to lay your head down and shower this is it. The only small issue is it a little further out from the main drag on state street but if your driving it shouldn't be a big problem. Hope this helps, Will.
It's not sound proof, so you hear people comming and going, I was awakened a couple of time with people talking as they were leaving and starting g there cars early morning.

The room was comfortable. The location of the hotel is near many restaurants, grocery and convenience store. The front desk was cordial.
I did not like the buzzing or humming sounds of the alarm clock and heater fan or refrigerator. I had to sleep with earplugs.

The room was huge with loads of towels for each of us. The kitchen in the room was really well-equipped with everything needed. They offer free parking on premises, which it's a nice thing. Santa Barbara was really nice and for sure will come back. They also offer free coffee for their guests in the morning, which was nice.

I was surprised by how run down the room was. the bed cover didn't seem very clean nor some of the furniture. It was clearly an older place, but had not been freshened up for a long time. It didn't smell bad. But for the price that we paid I expected something that felt nicer and at least fresh and clean.
