The room did have a balcony which I didn’t know about.

The room was small. It was a Whirlpool room however the shower was built in with the Whirlpool tub in the sleeping area there was no separate shower in the bathroom which is awkward to use. Also the bed was an older spring mattress and not very comfortable. The area is questionable as well. Not worth what was charged.

To be completely honest I didn’t like anything.

The first room we checked into we found a tooth on the windowsill, the 2nd room didn’t have a tooth, but the hair dryer fell out of the wall when I tried to use it, the tub wouldn’t drain after our showers, the breakfast was a joke a bug juice and a pop tart with no toaster for the pop tart. The entire building smelled terrible!!! It smelled like cigarettes, decomposing everything and weed. Then at 3:45 some other guest woke up and played their music so loud in the parking lot I could hear every single word and it woke up my kids.

The bed was cold, like the sheets has not be washed for days. The toilet had sint and yellow rings all around it like it hasn't been cleaned. The coffee is cheap and bad. Breakfast was a 1 popsicle. Don't promise breakfast if you don't have any.

There was absolutely nothing good about our stay here. And I mean NOTHING.

I had to go through the area on the way to my best friends house on my birthday so we could celebrate our birthdays together. I found a sweet deal on booking.com for a Smoking/King Size Jacuzzi Suite. I read the description thoroughly and looked at photos. According to the photos and written details, my room would have its own sitting area with a sofa and desk. As well as the jacuzzi by the bed, and a balcony. A lot of things went wrong on my trip to the hotel (like a blizzard that slowed me down 4 hours) but I remained positive because I had a jacuzzi waiting on me!! When I arrived at 8pm and checked in, I was shocked when I got to my room and there was no jacuzzi. All that was in there was a bed and a normal bathroom (no jacuzzi, no balcony, no sitting area)... I went down to the front desk and showed him several photos of my booking arrangement where the "hot tub" and "spa tub" were mentioned multiple times (and included in photos of the room). The man repeatedly told me that it was an error on the booking websites part and that I was put in the correct room. He did offer to move me to a nonsmoking jacuzzi suite for $50 more!! I reluctantly paid for it and went upstairs to move my things. The new room still did not have a balcony.. By the time I scrubbed all the black stuff out of the jacuzzi and was ready to fill it, it was 11pm. This is when I realized that the jets on the tub didn't work. I called the front desk, the host said he would figure it out and be right up. Almost midnight, he came to move us to another new room for a 3rd time. At this point I had already used all the cleaning supplies I packed cleaning the broken tub and I was just exhausted and all around unhappy and ready to go to bed. (Did I mention it was my birthday that day?) I refused to move and decided I would deal with the situation in the morning when I checked out.
