This was honestly the worse place I ever stayed. Good things were the fridge was cold. It was not loud. I was glad to not hear everyone around us.

Everything! The room had a dirty washcloth in the floor when we walked in and there was urine on the toilet. I cleaned it all with disinfectant wipes. The hot water was barely warm. We had a jacuzzi room that was completely pointless with no hot water. The pool was closed and the room was musty smelling. We paid more for this room than what we are in FL in August.

Very clean, nice breakfast, nice front desk staff.

Lots of airport/plane traffic but nothing that was too loud when in the room and/or sleeping. Kinda neat to watch them fly in and out, actually.

I like that the room had plenty of plugs. The management was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty of space.

Some of the furniture could have used a cleaning.

This is our 4th time staying here. We like the location and the staff goes over and beyond to make our stay great.

When checking in the female clerk charged my debit card two times. After running my card through the system the first time and having me sign the screen she tells me that I must have taken my card out too early and she needs to run it again. She goes through the procedure again and has me sign again. I proceed to tell her that it went through the first time and she argues with me. There are now 3 people waiting to check in behind me so I sign it and check my checking account when I get unpacked to find out that the charge is there twice. I question the daytime manager in the morning and he says there is nothing he can do about it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the biscuits and gravy was very good.

Advertised a pool but was told pool just got shut down by the inspector. Had 2 burn holes in the comforter and was a non smoking room. Beds looked rumpled when we walked in.
