Space clean Wi-Fi everything worked in room easy process to book worth it

I liked the check in process was easy. The rooms were clean.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable.
The policies they had stated here were contradicting itself. Says pet friendly on here but when I get to the property it says “no pets allowed”. I have service animals but I still stick with pet friendly place’s because the properties that don’t allow pets still give you a hard time even if you have service animals. Luckily I was not given a hard time for once here.

They had bugs found them upon entering and went back to office. The only good thing was they refunded money right away after telling them bugs and no problems

They indicated that there will be breakfast. There is no breakfast, only coffee.
The place is old and many Fournitures were also old.

The customer service was poor. We were told to wear masks.

I liked the friendly staff and the cleanilness of the motel. The location is close to many of the attractions in the washington DC area. Public transportation is readily accessible for use. I would recommend others stay at this motel.
I think everything was just fine. The services provided were what I expected. Check in times are later in the day but the housekeeping services have to have time to clean the rooms. I guess a little wait has to be tolerated sometimes.

There was no breakfast.
It was very hot and the air conditioning was very noisy

The room was very spacious and the beds were nice.
The place was supposed to serve breakfast. I am aware that many motels still don't because of covid, therefore I messaged this place beforehand but did not get an information beforehand. There was no breakfast - which was disappointing because I expected breakfast for the price per night.
The bathroom would need a renovation too.

The highway was just way too loud. Maybe do something to like put in sound proof windows or something to stop the traffic sound coming me. That's pretty much it.

Smelled like smoke inside. Skimpy amenities. Old ratty bed cover. Replastered walls looked terrible.

The owner took my $40 I left with them for another room reservation. And told them I will return from a atm to finish paying the remainder balance for the new reservation. The owner instead took the money and told me it was for the previous room, that DID NOT HAVE MY NAME NOR BANK CARD ON FILE AS IT BEING THE ROOM I RESERVED AND WAY PAYING FOR. They stole $40 from me. And Assaulted my manager by having some teenagers who stayed in 120rm to scare her away. I called police. Have filed a report with this company and is still continuing a small claims lawsuit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT
