The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

The curtains would not close all the way so the parking lot lights shined in the room at night time.

I did not think it was an 8 star. It was not the cleanest Needs updated as there had been several repairs to the ceiling which did not blend. Previous customers blue tooth was still plugged in. if it had been cleaned well the staff would have seen that.

Room was fine, dated. But was fine for the night. Breakfast looked stocked. Didn’t really see any staff. Honestly only complaint was the noise of the other guests. Not the staff or the facilities fault. The indoor pool was small.

More staff for breakfast. Lobby was not clean. Updated amenities.

the pool was tiny and the towels in the pool area had stains on them. The rooms and pool area are Very out dated and not like in the pictures. Went to make coffee in the morning and the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out from whoever used it before. There was hairs on the shower wall as well. When we mentioned something to the manager he was very very rude and didn’t give a single care in the world about the complaints we had..

Nothing I was overcharged and nearly didn't have enough available funds to return home every is shady that works there

The customer service was great. The property is quiet. I was able to sleep no issues. The rooms have everything you need. Very clean with lots of clean towels. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

The carpets needs to be shampooed in the rooms and hallway on third floor.I found a juice stained in my room.

Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was very good!

The heated indoor pool and pool area was extremely cold.
