Great location and very clean. No issues with noise from hallway or neighbors.

Room wasn't cleaned between nights

Food, room. I came back after a meeting around 12. The bar /restaurant had plenty of people. I was it and wanted to get a drink/watch basketball game. First of all the security guy who was checking if one had a pass to go inside of the hotel and whose job was NOT manning the bar entrance told me they were close in a rood way. Then again. I told them I could ask them myself. There was a plenty of staff inside. I asked for a drink, the answer was a simple “no”, not even a slightest attempt to help. I understand they were something like 10 minutes finished but in all honesty they could’ve asked if I am staying at the hotel or not for the starter. I seriously don’t understand how it all goes together: roodness, no desire to go an extra mile for a customer, and a price close to USD 1,000 for a room the size of a rat hole The breakfast was the worst I can remember. In the past 2 months I stayed at the Baccarat, Royalton park, Four seasons SFO, Raffles Istanbul, Rosewood Hong Kong, and Montreal palace, Anassa Cyprus. None was more expensive. All were infinitely better.

Nice and spacious room, better size and equipped than most hotels in NY. Not as run down as some other places and good quality for the price paid. Very comfortable beds.

Horrendous prices for food, breakfast area super small and super crowded.

Good location and excellent service .

New facilities and amazing gym.

Concierge is a rude individual - don’t bother asking him anything.
