Beautiful hotel in Manhattan, very clean, friendly and helpful staff from the reception to bell desk. Everything was near on walking distance in Times Square the broadway. Penn station few 2 minutes walk. I will definitely stay again if I get a good rate.

The customer service was terrible, the staff was not accommodating at all, nor were they any help. When I asked for a manager to make a complaint one never came out. The seafood we order was spoiled and the burgers were extremely undercooked. We spent most of the time out of the hotel because we were so uncomfortable and couldn’t eat the food provided by the hotel restaurant. We would’ve found a different hotel to stay at however I was running on a short time limit. Not all of the outlets worked in the room.

It’s centric location! Have easy access to subway and any walking distance to major attractions!

The location in mid-town is unbeatable. Great views from the upper floors and it also has a nice bar.

Despite being on the 25th floor, we could still hear all the noises from the street below. It’s pricey but I guess that’s NYC.

The rooms are really neat and the view from the room, exceptional. The bathrooms are also lovely n spacious. Initially had an issue with first room I was given and i am glad that they eventually decided to switch my room as I was staying longer days.

Was very happy staying here, with its proximity to Penn Station and most subway lines. You have some popular food options outside your door, such as Liberty Bagels and Sushi 35. The rooms are designed well and optimized for convenience and usability — one of the rare experiences where all the amenities in a room were perfectly executed. The hotel is all-around excellent value.

The elevator had controls only on the floors not inside the elevator. That was a bit scary

No hay opción de WiFi seguro (es abierto sin contraseña) para trabajar. Los ascensores en algunos momentos no funcionaban correctamente.

Le personnel, les équipements de la chambre (lit compris) étaient propre et confortable ! La vue que nous avions était magnifique et les rideaux coupaient parfaitement la lumière des écrans géants !

Prettig geleden hotel, centraal gelegen op de 34/35ste straat en openbaar vervoer is dichtbij. Van Downtown tot Central park is goed te belopen (1u/1u15). Vriendelijke personeel en op zich prima faciliteiten

Check-in verloopt niet vlot en bij een 2persoonskamer krijg je maar 1 flesje water. Fitness is bij het naastgelegen Planet Fitness, wat op zich geen probleem is, maar uitleg is er niet en het personeel van Planet Fitness is niet vriendelijk. Kamer heeft wat onderhoud nodig, schuifdeur van de badkamer/wc gaat niet helemaal dicht, vloerbedekking is opgekruld en airco werkt niet op alle standen.

The bed was very comfortable. the view from the room was beautiful. the staff was very helpful.

Scaffolding covering the entrance of the hotel made the entrance not pleasant and the lobby was on the 6th floor which made the arrival not very hospitable. In the bedroom the air-conditioning came on and off all night long and was disturbing. The shower floor was very slippery but there was a bar to hold. The bed was set on a wood piece that had an edge and thus a different level than the carpet and when getting out of the bed it was annoying during the night. There was a loud rock band that we could hear until 10:45 pm on our one night there. It was not in the hotel and the staff helped look for the source. We could not figure out where it was coming from.

The location is fabulous, close to every possible subway line. The room had fantastic views, and was more spacious than most in Manhattan (I really appreciated the counter space that could be used for work or keeping belongings handy). Free water in the lobby, and replenished daily in the room.

This hotel is very conveniently located

There was a gas leak which affected hot water throughout the area; it would have helped to receive communications about it from the hotel. The Renaissance could also have comped breakfast or done something for guests to apologize for the inconvenience

Missed the free breakfast. Ordered a bagel to go. They forgot the cream cheese and tomato I ordered and the bagel was stale. Spent 20 dollars on gross food :(.

el Check in a las 4:00PM , hace perder todo el dia, cuando el Check out es la las 12 Am, habia , solicitado poder tener acceso a la habitacion , mas temprano , y nadie se ocupo de eso , solicite , a la habitacion , donde podia , obtener hielo , me dijeron que me llevarian el servicio de hielo , y aun lo estoy esperando

Clean and good views

The street is not comfortable. There were group of homeless people every night getting ready to sleep at same spot and probably because they pee all around it smelled so bad further down the hotel entrance. Also we didn’t like the trucks stopping by next door for wood recycling during working hours. No kettle, no hot water given before opening hours of the restaurant eventhough there were already staff getting ready to open up. Hotel reception didn’t help at all. 7.30 is too late for starting service.

L'emplacement de l'établissement est excellent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très serviable. Mention spéciale à Nelly qui nous a très bien reçu à minuit avec des petits chocolats. Elle nous a donné une très belle chambre au 20ème étage avec vue panoramique.

Zimmer im 35. Stock mit toller Aussicht Richtung Downtown. Zentral gelegen, bequemes Bett, große Dusche. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Die 01er Zimmernummern auf den Etagen sind mit Vorsicht zu genießen, weil sie direkt am Fahrstuhl liegen, was man auch hört. Innenseite der Glasschiebtür im Bad war sehr verschmutzt. Das Hotel selbst kann nicht viel dafür, aber die Nachbarn haben mit lauter Musik und Türen schlagen bis 5:00 morgens genervt.

Super Lage, wenn man New York viel mit der Subway erkunden will.

This property looks so cool! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is a little pricey, but that's New York, right?! You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. I'd definitely stay there again!

The reception was a little noisy and busy as it is very close to the hotel bar, but no biggie. Beautiful hotel!
