Un emplacement exceptionnel… Du personnels très agréables et généreux… La chambre était agréable avec une très belle vue sur Time square en un mot exceptionnel… Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix …

L’emplacement est IDEAL 5 min à pied de Times square, du MoMa et de la 5th avenue À peine 10 minutes pour central Park Métro à deux minutes Tout à proximité La vue de la chambre studio de luxe vue Time square était SUBLIME Le petit dej a pas énormément de choix mais franchement c’est bon et ça fais l’affaire largement !

La Clim fait beaucoup de bruit et le petit dej se fais dans des assiettes en carton

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter NY à pied que ce soit pour les musées, Central Parc, Times Square, Greenwhich, ou pour prendre le métro pour aller un peu plus loin. L'accueil est sympa (sans plus - personne ne parle français). La vue du 63 ème est splendide. Chambre petite, mais suffisante. Cuisine équipée, avec des casseroles ... mais pas de plaque de cuisson ! Salle de bain parfaite (mais on aurait aimé des robes de chambre, et un peu plus de matériel de soins (ex : pas de coton tige, ni de rasoir). Le petit-déjeuner est correcte, mais trop répétitif quand on reste 14 jours. En revanche, n'est ce pas un peu scandaleux, en cette époque de développement durable, tout ce gâchis en verre en carton, couvert en plastique,, assiette en carton ? Au final, un peu cher pour nos habitudes françaises (mais on est à NY, où tout est beaucoup plus cher).

Of all my visits to NY, this was my first time staying in a Manhattan hotel. The room size was...cozy, but my friend and I made it work. I chose a room with a kitchenette, which in hindsight we probably didn't need, but it was fun to see all that they managed to squeeze into the one side of the room (a small drawer fridge *and* a freezer, a sink, a decent size counter, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, dishes & some cutlery, and even a mini-dishwasher). The two times I interacted with the front desk (checking in & asking for change to leave a housekeeping gratuity), the staff were very friendly. The check-in person asked whether I was afraid of heights, which I thought was a weird way to ask whether I wanted a high floor. I am afraid of heights, but I do love a view and a high floor, so I'm glad I said no b/c I got that view, and that was nice. It helped to expand my sense of the room. :) The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I assumed there'd be wrapped pastries, oatmeal packets, crappy eggs, and if I was lucky, yogurt. There was quite the spread instead: vats of oatmeal, Chobani Greek yogurt (including plain, my preference), some cut fruit, deli meat for sandwiches, even some more savory salads (like a protein-filled bean salad one day)—plus hot things like eggs, sausage, etc. There were also granola bars to take for the road. Had I not wanted to eat out, it would have been a great way to spend a little less on food for the day (breakfast plus lunch sammies and snacks). I was also pleased to have a copy of the Sunday NYT to enjoy while breakfasting that AM; you have to come early for the papers, though. The hotel is well situated to Central Park, theaters in Times Square, and a few different subway lines. Not far from the hotel is also fun Singapore-style indoor night market (Urban Hawker) that was a great way to have some tasty food while waiting out the flash flooding.

Everything: the staff, the breathtaking view, the hearty breakfast and the doggy bags options, and of course the amazing location. We had such a perfect stay!

The lack of gluten free (bread, cereals) - luckily there are plenty other options to eat (eggs, potatoes, and yummy fruit salad) but a little bit of GF bread would be great too!

Location, room with a View and good buffet breakfast.

We were overbooked to Courtyard by Marriot for the first night, but got a great room with a view following day.

Do hotel aprovamos tudo. Mas de Nova Iorque... conseguiram acabar com a cidade. Maconha para todos os lados, moradores de rua e nóias na maioria das esquinas, todos mal educados, não respeitam pedestres, bicicletas motorizadas indo para cima dos pedestres, um transito infernal/caótico, carros invadindo a faixa de pedestre, bloqueando cruzamentos, buzinaços insuportáveis, sujeira nas ruas... Uma pena. Não voltaria mais. Nõ é mais NY que conhecemos há 5 anos atrás. E vai piorar ainda mais...

Great staff. Great location near Times Square. Good breakfast. Good views of the city. You can reserve Times Square views or Central Park views.

Mattress too hard for me personally. Room was small. Prefer ice machines on more than one floor. Max number of 65 floors so the elevator gets really busy.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la vue depuis les chambres donnent à l'hôtel beaucoup de points positifs. De même que les petits déjeuners offrant la possibilité de récupérer des boxes pour la journée.

Le manque d'intimité par rapport à la salle de bain en général. Le bruit de la climatisation ainsi que des ascenseurs.

Excellent view from our room. The bed was very comfortable.

There was no ice bucket in our room and there wasn’t a hot plate as was shown in the pictures, so we weren’t able to use the pots and pans provided.

Nice location and access to important venues

Water pressure is not good comparing other Marriotts. Breakfast is the same for years.

We had a wonderful stay. We booked a king suite with a view for our anniversary and were given an upgrade to the 65th floor with amazing views of Times Square and the Hudson River. The views, comfort and amenities were spectacular! Breakfast was included and was substantial and varied. There were plenty of options for gluten free folks and the breakfast hall was spacious, bright and comfortable. The Olympics were playing on every tv and every one was part of the moment and it felt great to be with such a diverse group of guests. The whole stay was friendly, upscale and comfortable. The location was choice! We walked to broadway plays, Times Square and Central Park. We will definitely be back and hope to stay longer.

Fantastische kamer op de 57e verdieping met een uitzicht om U tegen te zeggen vlak bij Times Square en Central Park. Hele nette kamers, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Hôtel très bien situé, près de Central Park, subway E venant de Jamaica (JFK) à deux pas. Petit déjeuner bien fourni et tôt (6.30 am en semaine, 7 am le week-end). Gym 24/7 assez bien équipée. Chambre confortable, cuisine full équipée (frigo/congélo/micro-ondes/lave-vaisselle/machine à café/bouilloire). Personnel sympa et pro; il y avait même distribution de glace (délicieuse) l'après-midi à l'accueil !

La chambre manque de prises USB, n'oubliez pas votre chargeur international si vous avez plusieurs appareils à charger en même temps !

Residence Inn by Marriott has a perfect location just off Broadway between Central Park and Times Square. It is a big chain hotel with 60+ floors and all facilities you could expect including a well-equipped fitness centre. A big plus also for the guest laundry next to the fitness centre, very practical. We stayed four nights in two wonderful rooms with a breathtaking view over the city and Central Park. Since we had an early evening flight out of New York we asked for and got a late checkout without extra cost, highly appreciated.

The only negative was the breakfast. The content as such was acceptable even if not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. But the serving was a big let-down: only disposable (plastic/paper) tableware and cutlery. A big disappointment at an otherwise excellent hotel.

Great location, close to the subway & the park. Fantastic rooms, loved the windows & the kitchenette. Good showers & comfy beds. The staff was so warm, friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was more options than typical, flavor was medicore but it was free. Special shout out to Kimberly at the front & Orlando at the luggage desk they were fantastic & so nice!
