The elevator was falling apart the beds were lumpy and all in all I just didn't feel it was clean

The room was very large and comfortable. Very quiet large bed with jacuzzi. Good breakfast and the staff were very nice, helpful and nice to talk to.

I like the Texas home town feel.

there were several blemishes in the room. the jacuzzi did not work. there was tile cracked or missing all over. the door did not lock properly. front desk at check in was not knowledgeable of process and charged my card 3 times. this was a huge inconvenience that I tried to straighten out with the front desk the next morning but kept getting told no it did not happen. I then attempted to check out and get a receipt to show the charges and was told this wasn’t possible. after explaining why I needed it and calling tech support I was able to get a receipt tot ale the my bank. I just feel like I was lied to and my situation was not taken seriously. 1 charged maybe even 2 but three charges later? hotel made no attempt to help me rectify this issue.

The way life works for me is I arrived an hour and a half late after ask them to make special Arrangements for my arrival the staff didn't ask they're very kind and courteous and then check out time I missed it overslept an hour and they were perfectly fine with that very respectful and kind people I enjoyed it very much

Didn’t like this place at all.

The room was terrible, the restroom had mold all around the walls.

I love the Jetted tubs and the balcony. Very relaxing.

The pool and hit tub were off limits because the heating was broken for both hot tub and pool. The owner was very cranky from lack of sleep because he is very short staffed.

Location is good. Price is fair.

The main reason for staying the night was to allow grandkids to use the pool the next mornings which we have done many times. While checking with management the next morning, he checked my room number and noticed I had a really low rate with Booking.com and would not allow the kids to use the pool.
