I mean the breakfast wasn't bad muffins I like

If you didn't lock people out of certain door even you know I had the keys maybe it wouldn't be a problem for one person. But you had multiple people that had complaints about it and it was one woman that worked at night that was causing problems

good location, room was clean and staff was lovely. the man at the counter went above and beyond. He definitely takes pride in his job and made sure we were comfortable

bathtub was slow to drain and water pressure in sink was low.

Elevator was not working. Carpet was throughout building was dirty. Room was was outdated and dirty.

room was fairly clean and used the pool area to relax.

it’s run down and smelly. sheets smelled musty, carpets are stained, paint coming off the walls, shower head old plaster falling off and little water pressure. price way too high for this type of hotel.

The room was extremely dirty, kitchen area had left over tags on counter top. The bathroom was filthy!! Hairs everywhere inside the shower and on the curtain and walls. Wall of shower cover in dirt. Drawer had crumbs and floors where cracked. Room needs alot of work. Was right next to the side exit but the entire stairwell smelt of pee! Disgusting! Oh and the breakfast is a joke

The night worker does not allow anyone to enter the front after 11pm. She made me and my disabled boyfriend walk around even tho she has seen us. She asked her for toilet paper and utensils and she asked us what we are going to use it for. What else do you use it for. I don't know if she racist 🤔 the bed was hard and the shower heads are awful

check in staff was not attentive, very preoccupied...common areas were dirty, the place was run down and unkempt. Guest room was missing light bulbs, no linens available for the sofa bed...the breakfast listed on booking.com was not even close to the granola bar and coffee that was available. The young lady who checked me out on departure day seemed to have a hospitable nature, so that was good.

It wasn’t much of a breakfast if you ask me I when to the dinner across the street for breakfast. The location was excellent in regards to shopping and great food experience

Better food options for breakfast and the pool was down so missed out on that experience. Also It would be nice to have the kitchen ware in the room.

Room was ok clean enough, but old out of date, did not see breakfast anywhere when i got up was not told where it would be they gave me no information about anything. Was very disapointing experince I wll Never stay at an Extened Stay again. I have been at better sleazy motels.

pool closed hot tub closed not told till I asked what time they were open till, front desk personnell could have care less if i was there felt very disinterested in my presence, when i aksed a question answere weree I dont know very un satisfied
