Horrific experience that left us traumatized! The pictures online are a fraudulent bait and switch. We selected the queen suite with a large jacuzzi tub. OMFG doesn't BEGIN to describe the nightmare we walked into. Unwashed walls which included dents, chipped paint everywhere you looked. Broken furniture and the most disgusting stained chair sitting next to the bed. Feces smeared on the bathroom door jam. The unwashed door to the bathroom had a huge split along it as if punched in from an angry fist. A large square hole in the ceiling directly over the shower and toilet. USED TOWELS covered in toothpaste and whatever else they were used for. The blue comforter had white stains all over it, including a large questionable stain that ran down the side onto the bed skirting and onto the UNVACCUMED floor. The fire detector had been removed leaving the wiring guts dangling down. This is a federal violation! I will be calling the city code enforcement regarding this safety hazard! The large jacuzzi tub had a hole where you are expected to stick your fingers in and fish around for a loose power button. The low wall that separates the bed and tub had dried spilled substances along the top that I kid you not looked like bird excrement. I keep telling myself it was just old ice cream, even so it was sickening. As we turned to flee and remove ourselves from this awful scene we realized we had to touch the nastiest door knob to get out. The inside door was apparently white at one time but is now blackened from the top to the floor due to never being wiped down and I mean NEVER. The bathroom door matched the front door. We didn't have much choice but we grabbed a dirty hand towel to open the door. I immediately flung it down on the sidewalk and went to the lobby. I will also be notifying the health Dept! This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE WE DID!

The rooms were absolutely not clean. They do have roaches. The plumbing in the bathroom is bad. The water backs up in the shower. Breakfast could be way better.

Bugs, stinks, washing machine didn't work, card to unlock door didn't wanna work. A lot of junkies taking up residence there

air conditioning didn’t seem to work well, one of the most difficult motel check in, I have ever experienced, had an additional incidental deposit on top rental fees, that were not stated on the booking website, which I have never encountered before

They first put me in a room that was diryt.Bed not made large blood stain on mattress. First night there was people fighting. Second night woke up to the bar noise.Paid for 5 days I am a travel CNA.Third night sounded like elephants coming down from ceiling noise.started at 2 30 a.m. lasted till 4 30 a.m. didnt stay the last nights I had.absolutely no.sleep I would not.stay here again for work If you are into parting then its.a good spot. But not for people coming to Tyle

The rooms had dirty sheets on them hair in the tub and when i left to get breakfast houskeeping come and take the sheets off and then they hold my deposit until i verifief the housekeeper had the sheets

I liked the jacuzzi but with no hot water.
