The AC wasn't working in the room and our first room had ceiling debris in the floor of the shower with an active leak

Loved being in the downtown area where there is so much to see and do.

Shower water pressure could have been better

My credit card was overcharged based on what my booking receipt showed.

location is great and within walking distance of several places to go.

needs updating overall. the train runs by the hotel and woke me up twice. People walking by room n the night where talking and laughing also woke me up twice. Something was spilled on the elevator floor and not cleaned up only a hazard pillar was there. Tried calling this hotel the day before my stay several times to find out about parking options but no answer as the calls dropped after ringing off the wall!

The Hostess at breakfast went above and beyond. She was great.

The pool was not working. The price of the room should have been lower. There was a huge fight that broke up with rowdy people late. There was no tv remote in the room and we had to call room service but waited 30 min due to the fight.

Continental breakfast was not up to par. (Cook was sick so "pay for breakfast" was not available.)

Reception was friendly.

Doors did not work. Entrance from parking ramp was dirty and bad human waste on doors. Pool was not working.

The bed was very comfortable.

Understaffed or uncaring staff. Waited 25 minutes to check in. Only to be given a room I did book and that maintenance was in midst of working on. Pool wasn't open. Waited over 10 minutes in the lobby to try and check out. Worker was outside, presumably smoking. Just extremely disappointed in a "newly remodeled" hotel and far too expensive for what was received.

The location for a pool tournament I was playing in.

The front desk did not pay attention to detail and I was told to use my words when I went down the the front desk the second time to tell them there is dust and plaster all over the bathroom and counters. The thermostat must be set on high for all the rooms cause you can't control them our room was so hot. The paint was peeling in the shower. And there is no hot water very best luke warm. And the charges were all messed up do to one of the rooms wasn't ready and was told alls they needed was a name and they was good to go. No they said the room wasn't paid for when it was charged to my card also. It was just one big mess. For the price of money I was charged for each room I would hope for better.
