Not worth the charge

Location was fine. Breakfast was fine.

Bed wasn’t comfortable.

the lobby was nice

I left something hanging in the closet and instead of turning it in to lost and found or alerting me - since they know who stayed there…it was thrown away. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Something might not be important to you but it is to someone else. wish I hadn’t left a tip for the cleaning staff since not I have to replace my item that was thrown away.

Bait and switch. Showed one price online got there and it more than doubled. Thought mistake was ours until 3 other guest at check in were complaining of same thing.

There were fresh bananas, oranges, and apples. The coffee was good. They charged me a different rate than the rate I was guaranteed and they never did get the price back to the original amount when they gave me credit on my credit card.

They upped the amount of the guaranteed amount and charged me the extra. When I checked in I pointed out that the amount was wrong and they said they would take care of it. They could not refund the proper amount and when they got close I gave up. There was a bizarre smell in the room and the window did not open. It may have been exhaust since the room was above the front door. The window looked at the roof of the entrance which was at a 45-degree angle to the window. All one could see was the roof. The breakfast room was very dark. The pool was very small and seemed perfect for young children, but not for an adult.

I like that fact that they provided breakfast

This was a convenient place to spend the night right off of I-90 during a road trip. The staff was friendly and there was a fantastic hot tub and pool. It was a quiet area and we ate at the friendly Applebee's next door.

We chose this hotel instead of a cheaper one because the reviews mentioned the hot breakfast, but we were disappointed by the breakfast. The spread wasn't big and the only hot options were french toast and packaged breakfast sandwiches which left us feeling a little queasy. Our room was also a tight squeeze for three adults in two full beds, but we knew that part going into it.
