Breakfast was great. I enjoyed.
Bed sheets on one of my beds seemed to be worn in some spots, I assumed ice machines were on every floor, no covering over smoking area. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay even though it was one night.

The staff was great!
I understand they are remodeling... but maybe they should close completely while doing so.. rooms were not to clean. Floors were so greasy. The AC's really didn't cool the room off much. We woke up lots of times hot. First room we were put it had lots of dead little roaches. But they did move us to a better room.
The staff was very sweet & did what they could to make things better I guess. But we did check out a day early.
I hope that things get better after remodeling!!

Nothing, maintenance is horrible
Maintenance was horrible and there was mold in the bed and dog bones in the sofa. I didn’t even stay in the room because of this and they refused to give a refund

My air did not work in my room call down stairs to make someone aware, and no one answered.Call four times, and it was too late in the night to try to leave and spend money on another room.

it was close to my job
I didn’t like I found a big cockroach in the bathtub. My towels were dirty my sheets had a hole in it.

The breakfast wasn’t available the first morning. No hot items was fixed. And the second morning they ran out of sausage. But they said the delivery truck didn’t deliver.
My other family members were not at all happy with their rooms. Said lights were out and that the rooms smelled bad!

I thought the bathtub could be a little cleaner

It was comfortable, and conveniently located. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
The rooms had a weird smell that never went away. There was construction/updating going on at the time. Two days our rooms were not properly cleaned, however, I told the manager and he did refund some money for the lack of cleaning.

good location
there was a musty smell in the room and the door to my room was propped open with the dead bolt when I got there. the TV didn’t come on because the cable box was unplugged but that was an easy fix
