Almost everything
I didn’t appreciate holding up 300.00 plus just for so called security reasons that makes no sense when you already have the card number and then I have to wait to get it back. No I won’t be back

The location of the property was exceptional.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the interstate and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy and the complimentary breakfast was great!
The bed was uncomfortable and the parking lot was really small. Also the elevator was slow and kinda sketchy. $150 incidentals fee seems steep.

Very clean and a perfect location . The king bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was good.
I could hear lots of people walking around on the floor above us at 6:30 in the morning 😒.

stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. Had to get clean towels and wash cloths and all the other amenities ourselves. For the price you pay they should at least clean your room.

just I checked out at 10:00am and it's now 10:13pm my deposit hasn't been refunded I left the room like I went into it .... clean

After checking in , the room was clean and in perfect standard .The toilet was stopped up and not flushing .The desk clerk moved us to another room . We moved to room 128 .The room was clean .The only problem was the sheer curtains was see through and the thick brown curtain did not close. I was very uncomfortable and did not sleep because I'm had teenage girls with me . The breakfast was great .

The hotel was very nice. Large and clean room, but the unprofessional treatment from the manager overshadowed all of the positive aspects. Laura was unacceptably rude.
