Breakfast was disappointing

Breakfast was limited/poor selection. Very disappointed with breakfast offerings.

Location was convenient with shopping/restaurants nearby.

The suite was not clean. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor. The sofa in the sitting area was stained and dirty . If we were not exhausted and hadn’t arrived at midnight we would have not stayed at this hotel.

Staff

The exterior was very clean and the lobby, bar area, breakfast area was extremely clean and smelled great! the workout room looks nice but the pool was closed.

Rooms were nice and location for family visit, shopping good. Room rates more expensive than expected, but other facilities we've stay at in that area were booked. Apparently, a Soccer tournament was held that weekend in the area. We had to ask for Kleenex tissues, shower gel, regular coffee and cups. I had to put plastic garbage bags in the cans as were draped over side of cans. Will think twice before stay here again! Disappointed in Marriott!

Breakfast lacking in choices. Sunday's choices were even less than Saturday's. On Saturday Decaf coffee was COLD!! Told lady, but apparently she doesn't understand English very well as took away Regular container. Decaf still COLD Sunday! Disappointed!! Had better breakfast in less expense facilities!!

The friendly staff, super clean facility! You cannot say anything bad about this hotel. It was an amazing visit.

Comfortable and quiet

If checkout isn’t until noon housekeeping shouldn’t be trying to enter the room

The staff is always friendly and eager to help in anyway, and I’ve always enjoyed staying at Springhill Marriott

There’s nothing I can say that’s bad about the facility, everything was exceptional.
