Check in had a person trying to sign us up for a timeshare breakfast. Got put in Phase I. Very disappointed.
I requested balcony with beachfront. Super tiny balcony barely big enough for 1 person. It wasn't beach or ocean front. It was off of the beach so no sunrise from our room which was the entire point of our visit. I sent an email requesting that through Booking.com to the resort. Black mold around faucet in bathroom. Terrible patch job on hole by main light switch. Flooring was patchwork with gaps. Room overall wasn't acceptablly cleaned. One elevator was broken as well
It was a treat for my mom and sister from PA. I was embarrassed as I live here but wanted a special weekend for them AT the beach..

We loved the location. We enjoyed the pools and beach view.
The entire apartment smelled like urine. It was nauseating. It was the only issue we had with our stay.

Privacy of the beach. The location. Weird but I loved the night light shining on the beach at night. The chairs and swing have it a homily touch.
I came here as a young teen but love all the renovations.
Driving through the over soil of the inlet. The teenagers shooting fireworks after hours. It was pretty but we were so tired.

Location was amazing. We were right on the beach. It was also very family friendly. The beach was nice and not crowded at all. Room was a really nice size for the family. Would definitely go back again!
The stay just wasn't long enough.
One thing that I didn't like was the ac unit. It would keep on kicking off and wouldn't stay down to temp. But when I called Maintenance (Steve), they were there quick to fix it.

Easy walking distance to the beach. Cooking facilities and washer and dryer were great to have. Also, there was a pocket door with bunk beds we did not expect or know we were getting.
Very small, narrow hall through kitchen and bathrooms. Floor was soft and felt like we were going to fall through right my entry (108). Hair dryer in master bathroom did not work. Everything was very old and run down. The “living room” area was so small and cramped we could not even hang out in that area together. Galley bathroom shower was like a closet size. We stayed in many timeshares and this is not at the top. The location made it doable.

Location was great right on the beach and very peaceful.
Room was dirty, they provided dishes.. we had to rewash them. The bedroom had garbage that filled a small bag.. sliding doors were filthy. Pool was not maintained so well, my kid got a tampon caught on his toe.

We loved the entire time we stayed once we were able to get into room. Had to wait a couple of hours for the room to be ready, but being a maintenance tech at a golf resort. I understand things just can't be helped.
As stated above. The only thing was the wait to get into the room.

I right next to the pool and restaurants and the beach.
I didn't like the fact that I had kids on the third floor running around at night and early in the morning.

Love the property - the location is excellent and great amenities. However the rooms are not cleaned well - was probably the dirtiest room ever.

It was blood on the sofa couch pull out bed .. my window blinds was down laying a cross my over when I arrived.. the sheets and blankets was dirty.. I was very uncomfortable
