I noticed that by 9;30, no additional food was put out for late arrivals especially when breakfast ends by 10:00 AM. Information presented to customers should be the truth and nothing by the truth.

Just like the Apostles in the Bible. Only one betrayed Jesus as such that took my daughter's book and claimed he/she saw nothing. This kind of staff drags down the respect that the entire team earned through excellent customer service.

The room was perfect for our big family. Beds including bunk beds we’re comfortable. We’ve stayed twice and will be our go to every time we go to Disneyland stay the night.

The room was clean, safe and a good value. I liked the security of needing your key card to do anything.

The free breakfast buffet was chaotic. I didn’t see any staff assisting guests as to where the juice was, waffles, etc. It was just a free for all which is chaotic.

The breakfast was ok. We stayed for 6 days so eating the same thing by day 3 was not good anymore. A little more variety would have been nice.

No atm on site. I found the security guard sleeping in the hallway. The shower door didn’t close all the way so the floor kept getting wet.

Excellent customer service. Full breakfast bar and friendly staff.

parking was terrible. Charge an extra day if you remain past checkout. Most comparable hotels, across the street with similar amenities offer till midnight on checkout day or big discount to parking like Toy Story. Not a a good fridge or kuerig.

a little tough for a 5 yr to walk to/from Disneyland . But with Uber, it’s a snap.

Location is great. Check in was smooth and I was able to check in early. I actually ended up here because my flight was cancelled just after I checked out of the hotel next door. And within minutes of booking I was comfortably in my room here. And then my flight got cancelled again the next day (weather at my destination) so I was able to stay another night and the front desk agent was able to do it in less than two minutes and I was right back in my room. The room was perfect; clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. They have no contact room service that can be ordered from your phone. I wished I had stayed here for my entire trip. Next time I go to Disneyland I will for sure!!

Very good and fitting for a family of 6. Lots of room and amazing staff!!

No big trash cans in the room. I was lucky I had a few small bags to use. Especially for a room that accommodates so many people.

The family suite was amazing. Plenty of space for the kids and the adults. They really enjoyed the bunk beds, they were comfy. Room overall was spacious. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional, but it was much appreciated as we headed to DL with full tummies. Kids enjoyed the mickey theme waffles. Laundry facilities was a big plus. $2.50USD per load. Around 12 min walk to security check at DL.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious.

Mold in the windows. Broken elevators. Breakfast was not great. Not very close to the beach. Had to pay $20/night for parking. Too expensive for what it was.
