Only one elevator in use. Drunks waiting for elevator and puking. Bed sucked

The location of the hotel was excellent. Overnight parking cost, in comparison with other hotels in the downtown area was excellent. Meal cost and although I did not have an opportunity to take advantage of it, the rooftop lounge was excellent.

The man at check on was super nice

The air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on so we had to turn it off and then we were hot all night , tub didn’t drain while taking a shower so had to stand in water above ankles . Disappointing and they charged my card $12 when I had already gotten the snack package

The location was fantastic for us! If you are going to a concert at The Louisville Palace I Highly recommend this hotel. It was literally Steps from the venue!!

Paying for parking, high price per day.

We arrived in the morning for breakfast, and as my parents don't speak English very well, they didn't notice the sign that said they had to wait to be seated, which they innocently started to serve themselves. That's when this short, blonde, tattooed lady came out screaming and aggressively saying we had to wait to be seated, and we said ok. She told us later that we had to wait half an hour because she had everything booked, and we saw empty tables. Screaming and very aggressively, she opened a curtain and asked if we wanted to sit at a table that was all dirty, to which we replied that we preferred to sit separately at tables of 2, which we did. When we are being served, the same lady comes screaming from the kitchen with a paper with a bill and screaming loudly for the whole room to hear that we didn't have breakfast included (which was a lie). I told the lady that I didn't want to talk to her anymore. Later we are sitting down to eat, and the manager or supposedly responsible person arrives to apologize and confirm that we had breakfast included. One of the ladies who was working in the room was very nice and even she didn't think her colleague's attitude was normal. Honestly, I don't know what was going on with this lady, she was super upset, aggressive, rude, I don't know if it was really her upbringing or if she was altered with some substance. We had 10 days in the United States, we stayed 5 times in the hilton group and we were always well received, unfortunately on the last day of the trip we had this situation. I've had it in 62 countries around the world, and I've never seen anything like this.

Location was great right downtown. Room was very nice front desk staff very nice.

It was very confusing how to get in and out of your hotel to the parking garage and then the first night the computers were down the second day. We finally got a parking code on our phone and then it made it a little bit easier. Very confusing parking garage. Also you had frosted our window so we couldn’t look out that was very claustrophobic.
