El lobby estaba muy obscuro. Las construcciones a ambos lados del hotel.

J’ai trouvé le personnel très beaux et très sympathique !

L’emplacement est très bien mais des travaux à droite et à gauche de l’hôtel nous on empêché de profiter de la piscine car le bruit était assourdissant.

Cet établissement devrait revoir sa propreté dans les chambres. De plus la chambre n’était pas faite à 18 h , 2 fois pendant un séjour de 5 jours. Et après réclamation, nous n’avons pas eu toutes les serviettes !! Enfin le personnel de la piscine n’était pas assez présent pour placer les gens .

The location of the hotel is great. It's very nice to have beachfront access and a nice pool area. The pool and beach chairs are included for guests, but note that beach umbrellas come at an extra cost of $25.

The room had a very odd layout - bed in the middle of the room and hardly any surfaces in the room or bathroom (not even end tables on the sides of the bed). Housekeeping forgot basic things - shower wasn't fully cleaned (saw sand and hair for the entirety of the stay), had to call to get our complimentary water, toilet paper, and bath towels as everything had run out or been removed and nothing put back in. The food at the beach/pool is expensive and portions are tiny ($25 for a shrimp cocktail that had 5 shrimp). Beach umbrellas come at an extra cost of $25. Had an unpleasant experience with on-site restaurant staff because we were sitting and having a snack in what we thought was outside the restaurant area - some couches outside, literally on the other side of the eating area dividers. We were told that "the owner was watching" instead of simply being politely asked to move or even offered a drink menu so we could continue hanging out there. Overall, the hotel looks like it could use some upkeep and remodeling. There is unfortunately construction happening on either side of the hotel, so it can get very loud by the pool with unpleasant noises.

Un salle de bain ridiculement petite, au mieux 2 m2 incluant les toilettes ! Et en piteux état.

the Staff is what makes this place so great. from front desk, cabana/pool area and cleaning crew.

awful toilet paper for price. we would of loved ocean view but you were all sold out.

La situación

Anticuado, servicio muy impersonal, La relación precio calidad no es acorde.

La ubicación e instalaciones como piscina y restaurante estuvieron muy bien. También nos gustó la distribución, mobiliario y limpieza de la habitación.

En el baño no había suficiente lugar para colocar productos de baño que llevamos. Nadie del personal explica al ingreso cómo funciona lo del club de playa, y para nosotros como huéspedes primerizos hubiera sido útil saber a qué teníamos derecho desde que llegamos.
