Quan was excellent at providing our room when arriving and our room was very clean. It's not fancy but very clean and love the long mirrors. It's right near all the main shops and bars, and the hiking places were also nearby. Very respectful staff. 24 hour office is a lot of help when planning to leave at midnight.

Need an air refreshner for the smoking room, the smoking room was heavy on the cigarette smell or air out the room a bit. Most of the staff was great except a lady named Angie when leaving was kind of rude about the paperwork when paying to stay an extra day. Other than that it was a great stay.

Not the friendliest staff and a somewhat sketchy location, but the room was comfortable and clean.

The only good thing was that it was cheap

There was bed bugs in my room and even the one I was moved to after reporting it to the staff. The following morning I talked to the manager regarding this matter and she implied it was me who brought the bed bugs . On top of that she was very loud, rude, and verbally combative. She could not fathom that there could be bed bugs when there were multiple reviews saying they did have them. All in all do not come here I will be reporting this place to be inspected. Hopefully you all read this before you decide to pay and waste your money.

The kitchenette was a bonus.

Seemed like a rough and noisy area but we slept good.

We left 2 quilts in our room by mistake, front desk was not helpful in finding them. Having to go through a lengthy process to get them shipped to our home, no help at all from front desk.

The floor turned my feet black from walking around barefoot.

it is surrounded by homeless, all around and on their property, a domestic abuse fight was going on in parking lot, staff ignoring it but was very upsetting to us, the bathroom was gross floor had hair all over it, sink was clearly not cleaned tooth paste stains on it, asked to please get a refund or give me a credit to go to another Wyndham , because I was not going to stay there I was very uncomfortable and scared and they would not give me a credit for another Wyndham in the same city which to me is totally unacceptable so lost $87, will let social media Know about this incident and not to go to this hotel, customer service with lousy especially for them being part of the Wyndham family, Sad and disappointed in the way we were treated for a disgusting place and very unsafe place to park your vehicle overnight and hope that it’s still there in the morning any part of it

The white lady at the front desk in the morning is rude and isn't professional at all.

Beds where very hard. Rooms where really small.

The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was clean every day. Trash taken out and new towels there. Beds made.

It's obviously in an area with a lot of transient people so that seemed like it might be sketchy. But I never felt unsafe. $50 cash deposit required. I wasn't warned in advance, so that was confusing. But I got it back at the end.
