No jacuzzi in room

very warm inside nice breakfast which we had every day.

nobody at desk sometimes. we had to find them.

It was a clean, modern room. The bed was comfortable. There were eggs and sausage for what I thought was cold breakfast. It was close to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly.

It didn’t seem possible to adjust the heat in my room. Pushing buttons on the control panel did nothing. It wasn’t a big deal, so I decided not to bother the front desk about it.

The rooms are being comfortable very clean and accommodating

I came in contact with the morning afternoon and the graveyard shift and each young lady had a bit of an altitude that I did not care for and the fact that I work in the service industry makes it that much worse I truly believe in treating everyone with kindness and politeness because you never know who you're speaking to and you never know what people are going through the type of day they had and why they are visiting your establishment to begin with

The property is convenient it was clean, but it looked like my room was getting ready to be painted and it was undone not professional.

The hotel was very nice and clean! The room was hug with a firm and very comfortable bed.. and the best thing was the walk in shower!

The toliet wasn't always the best at flushing but it never backed up and the sink was a little slow to drain but it wasnt bad by any means!

The facility could use some sprucing up.

asked for a quiet room was originally assigned and charged one next to noisy Northwestern highway. it was readily changed, but I wasn’t confident that I was charged for both. Also the fan was noisy and on constantly without ability to turn off.

Please offer fruits as part of breakfast. The fruit bowls were empty. The local Aldi store has SweeTango apples plus wide assortment of fresh fruits, at a modest cost. Otherwise breakfast was well presented and much appreciated.

My room and hotel were very clean, and the staff from the minute I walk in with a very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t of asked for more. Location was great and easy to get to, and very conveniently located to the activity that I was in town for.

Nothing that I can think of, I was happy with everything.

The room was spacious, and was comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

The facility itself feels worn and a bit dirty. Our carpeting had stains and other stuff on it. The area under the toilet rim was NOT clean. All in all, it felt that everything needed upgrading.
