Lady who checked us in was very unfriendly, no greeting, barely spoke no mention any dinner or breakfast times.
the next morning the woman at breakfast counter and checkout were so nice, almost night and day

I really liked the cleanliness of this hotel. From the outside to the inside. This is the most important part for me. When I walked into the room you could smell the cleanliness. I didn’t use the indoor pool but I did look at it and it was very clean.
I didn’t like the $40 hold they put on my credit card. I understand what it is for but they have my card # they don’t need to put a hold on it. They said it would credit when I checked out and that hasn’t not happened yet.

The room decor was very nice! The bathroom is very modern!
Different guests kept trying to access the room. The front desk were not aware my family and I occupied the room until they called looking for another guest.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the enthusiasm they showed, the willingness to help,also the room was very clean and inviting. Location was very important and the Hotel was in a very convenient location for us

Elevator smelled like marijuana, neighboring room was having loud sex and there were kids running around in the room above me

The room design was nice. Bed was ok
Mold in the shower. Shower head was terrible. Not enough towels. Carpet look dirty!!!! I was having surgery the next day and getting in a dirty shower with mold was not ideal. No discount what so ever. Web site was terrible to book hotel.

Comfortable room. Fairly quiet and very convenient location. The desk chair was super comfortable! There was good lighting, and the beds were comfy, but squeaky.
The rooms were not cleaned carefully. There was trash (gum wrappers) under the easy chair hassock, and the trash bin had bottles and trash in it. The night light did not work (nor was it replaced, as we requested). The deadbolt did not work, and was not repaired, as we requested. In the second room, the shower was not clean.
