The staff

The room was dingy, the air conditioner worked but it was all busted up, the mattresses had holes in them and were like sleeping on springs, I wore my shoes the whole time, the floor was sticky, it just didn't feel clean at all probably because it needs updates bad! The staff was nice but lots of people living in here

Advertised king bed was not even close. When mentioned to front desk they were like oh no we only have queen. If that was a queen then my bed at home is huge compared to this.

The location was near where I wanted to be

MASSIVELY DIRTY ROOM. No internet. Room was old. No room make up for the duration of stay. Noisy Bad all around!

towels were dirty and the floors are dirty and they don’t follow the rules from booking.com. they cancel your booking if not checked in by 2pm and they try charging your card on file even though it says pay at property

The availability and in a decent location.

I didn't like that the room itself did not have an iron/ironing board no microwave or fridge.

Didn't have breakfast, staff was very nice

Furniture in bad shape beds horrible could see springs very old bathroom sink must be ORIGINAL outside lock missing ,tv outdated

The ice machine worked. Tv was decent sized.

there was no microwave in the room, it was a bit rundown, the wifi was terribly slow.
