Though not perfect it sure was quite a decent stay at such competitive price.

I stayed in room 415 the carpet was nasty, I did not bring my slipper with me, had to go to Walmart to purchase a pair of slipper to be comfortable.

Room smelled damp and musty, bathroom floor was slippery like there was a film on top, shower was dirty, and pool was out of order. Will not be staying here again.

Pool and hot tub out of order and foul odors and sticky bed sheets. Not worth money

Surly evening front desk help, very poor-quality towels that were in short supply and no housekeeping available for our 3 day stay.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced with a good breakfast. Would bring my family back!

Being honest, the bed was too hard, but that was offset by Monique, who checked us in and was efficient, friendly and kind when we couldn't figure out the wifi. She is a treasure..

Close to Everything

The first room we were provided had a broken door in the bathroom and the main front foor like it had been kicked in before and had stains in the carpet and smelled really bad

It is a nice hotel with a free hot breakfast hot tub, and pool at a good price. Some hot items on the free breakfast (gravy) were cold. The AC unit didn't work in the first room and the bedding smelled bad. We were moved to another room with a working AC unit but the bottom of the tub wasn't all that clean and did not drain until I removed the drain plug. The bathroom sink was updated but had a slow drain. The bedding was clean and firm but the down pillows were flat. There looked like mulch under the AC unit by the wall. There was no way to leave the fan running on the AC unit and it has a sensor that turns the AC off when it senses no movement in the room. The luggage carts all seemed to be falling apart and missing nuts and bolts to keep the carts together. The hotel needs to spend more money on the maintenance of hotel AC units and luggage carts.

The room could definitely use an upgrade. Every single thing was stained, including all of the towels. Our toilet didn’t work, along with all the outlets in the bathroom and on one side of the bed. Would not stay here again.

Good place to stay

Gave a room that was dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor and dirty bed. Floors was not clean. When I spoke to the front desk person, his response was "ok". I asked him if he could get someone to clean the room and there was no response. Finally, I insisted to get another room that was was not clean either. Terrible terrible place to stay. I will never ever step my foot in this chain of hotels.

Check in was easy the gentleman was quick and nice we needed extra pillows and blanket and he gladly got them for us. Pool and hot tub were wonderful.

It was very clean would stay there again. Just my room was only serviced once since I stayed there but that’s ok.

Beautiful site

Noticed cabinet hinge that was for fridge and microwave was broken, notified front desk and the front desk person switched our room. Laminate on desk was peeling. Staff was very friendly.

The stay was fantastic! The lady at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and very helpful. My only complaint was that the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable.

This hotel wasn’t bad. Our 2 rooms weren’t ready when we got there even though it was well after check in, so they upgraded us to bigger suites which was nice. One room had a stripped bed and dirty bed linens on the floor. We ended up having to get new linens and make the bed ourselves. Like so many places, I think they were short staffed. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave, and the breakfast was decent.

Friendly staff and clean place

The rooms smelt bad as if the carpets needed to be cleaned. The mattresses were uncomfortable as if they need to be replaced.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, they made the check in process seamless and quick. Tje breakfast choices were good and plentiful and the coffee was excellent. The location was quiet and i got a good nights rest.

The room was filthy, carpet stained, furniture stained, bad odor and humidity. Front desk clerk showed us a second room, it was the same.. he indicated they were all this way. He left us in the room without giving us keys, we decided we were not comfortable staying and left. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted the hotel who refused to refund our money. We ended up having to book alternate accommodations at a holiday inn, hotels.com only offered us a $50 OneKey credit I will never book a room at a Raddison again and will never book through hotels.com again. -5 stars, absolutely ridiculous. I will be disputing this charge.

It is a very clean and quiet place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised!

It was fine no issues my only problem is that there was a pill on the floor that my 2 year old niece was playing with a charger in the wall that did not belong to me and hair in my bed and on pillows. Cleanliness was not the best at all.

This was my second time staying there and the facility was clean, staff was friendly. Just an overall great stay and I will be returning.
