The room was neat and comfortable, and the distance to the town and Pictured Rocks was ideal. The hotel staff was also quite helpful with any needs that came up.

The pool was unheated, and therefore, not comfortable for prolonged use. The breakfast had good food; however, only having one waffle maker created huge lines, and the rest of the food was not filled very quickly. What was there was tasty and well-made, though.

the continental breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cold and without taste, despite just being brought in. the biscuits were stale. The cold options were fine - cereal, toast, bagel, and yogurt.

Liked the whole area. The accommodations were exceptional.

We stay here every winter, close to trails. Super friendly staff , clean good breakfast every morning . We love staying here.

Breakfast was good!

During the day I could hear the washing machine running spinning and making a clonking sound. Also could hear someone walking up stairs at 10:30 at night trying to sleep at least I had the tv going then not so bad other than that it all good.

Location was good. Coffee was decent.

Advertised bar on site. The bar was closed Sunday and Monday, but there was no mention of it prior to arrival.

A bit dated. No biscuits and gravy on day 2 which was to bad as they were delicious. The day 2 sausage was not good.
