The indoor pool and hot tub. They were dirty, stained

Had a schedule change with our Grandson and booking.com would not cancel our stay without full payment. We will never use or recommend them ever again. We appealed to Lake in Pines and they did nothing.

Very noisy neighbors late at night.

Nothing everything was clean the service and the people very friendly love everything.

The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. While being an older facility our room was updated and did not feel old or outdated. I saw staff out cleaning public areas and doing pool maintenance every day early in the morning.

Internet was terrible. Our room was right above the office so you would think if any area would have it working well that would be it. It made things really tough since the weather was iffy and I could not check it. Also trying to find information on local restaurants for food allergies was about impossible. If it did work it was terribly slow. Would not return due to that.

Motel great - had the cheapest room - needs renovation but served the purpose - a place to sleep, good shower & a TV to watch The Phillies beat The Braves! We are very seasoned high end travelers - so take my comments as a compliment - you meant our expectations of price/value - was glad to hear most of the property renovated - setting beautiful on the lake.
