The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the hotel offers breakfast at the nearby restaurant.

The floor was not very clean and also the acoustics was terrible. I couldn’t fall asleep because of the person above us walking back and forth and the floor will squeak until 10pm and back again at 6 am. Also the person next door had loud music which the staff was kind enough to ask him to lower.

This place is so charming! It has a beautiful outdoor area with a heated pool. It also has a small gym as well as bicycles to use during your visit. The coffee is fresh and very good, and breakfast is included, which is served at Rick’s, a great place just a few blocks away. The owners are very nice and helpful, and we really appreciated the local knowledge they shared with us. The rooms are well decorated and have everything you need.

Very cozy and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming staff. The room was larger than we were expecting and very clean. 24 hour access to a phenomenal coffee machine and bicycles available for exploring the area.

It is a bit farther to the downtown Palm Springs area than we anticipated.

Location is excellent! Their check-in staff was friendly and even showed us around. Great service. The breakfast at Rick’s is amazing from 7am to 2pm so there is no rush. Plus you get hearty option of eggs, hash brown, toast and coffee. The place was quaint. Room was a little too small and felt tight but luckily there is patio right outside which we loved hangin out at. The bed was super comfortable. Love the touches like the free coffee machine that included decaf options and even hot chocolate. Also filtered water machine was convenient. I would come back again but might see if they have a better room with more natural light.

We stayed for two nights. We had clean towels and trash was taken out but our bed was left unmade. I thought that was odd. I understand that they don’t need to change sheets for two nights but if they are cleaning the bathroom and rest of it why leave the bed unmade. Maybe she forgot?

Staff is friendly and the property is cozy. The Rick's cafe restaurant for breakfast did not dissapoint.

Rooms were extremely dusty. Floor was also a bit dirty.

Das Inhaberpaar Samantha and Paul gibt sich extrem viel Mühe, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Alles ist super sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Samantha hat uns gute Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Frühstück gibt es in Rick‘s Café, ein Stück die Straße hinunter. Mit dem Voucher vom Inn kann man dort zwischen zwei Frühstücken und Kaffee oder Tee wählen. Insgesamt ist das Inn at Palm Springs absolut zu empfehlen!

The staff was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed.

Pillows were too hard and the water was sometimes cloudy.

Amenities were fabulous and staff was so friendly and gave great suggestions on food and activities!

The inn is gated and protected. VERY clean and beautifully decorated. It had a personality. Liked free coffee/tea etc. 24 hours. Breakfast was offered at an outside restaurant and was absolute wonderful.

The Inn is very conveniently located, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. The breakfast at Rick's was surprisingly good: the food was tasty, the service was fast, professional, and friendly, and the location was convenient.

We didn't have a chance to try the (included) breakfast because we had a really early start the next morning. We loved the room and the pool area. It was a nice, private, quiet spot on a main street convenient to central Palm Springs.

Next time I visit Palm Springs, I think I'd like to be closer to 'downtown' so that we can walk to the restaurants, bars, & shops.

The staff is so attentive. Got a tour of the property upon check in. The room is spacious & clean. Loved the water features & that the Inn is dog friendly. Breakfast, is a real breakfast at Ricks just a couple blocks down. A place I would return to. Thank you

This place was good value for money and conveniently locataed for our one night stay. Free parking was a bonus and the receptionist was very frinedly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was also appreciated.

I can't agree with the overall rating of this hotel. At best it can be described as pleasant, certainly not fabulous. It was clean and tidy we did experience some very noisy guests in the pool early in the morning which could have been managed better. It's a basic, budget, clean hotel that is pleasant.

A STELLAR find. This is the cutest boutique hotel. They are big on details, accents, and extras which I love. They are also on top of communications via text message if you prefer or email before, during, and ending your stay with helpful instructions! Stylish room, super comfortable bed and plush heavy duvet comforter, nice heated pool, great air conditioner, and a complimentary high-end community espresso coffee cappuccino, and hot chocolate machine- plus a complimentary breakfast available from 7 AM until 2 PM!! The staff don’t just work there, they are dedicated and take ownership. It’s a down-to-earth, personal touch, family-owned style of place, you feel cared for and at the same time, you are also left alone for your privacy. They give such a personal and careful touch to everything. My room was so cute, it even had a pink dresser. Upon check-out, I simply dropped the key at the window, and the attendant came outside of her own accord to thank me for staying with them and ensure that I had enjoyed my stay. A+

Liegt mit dem Auto nicht weit vom Zentrum. Es gibt im Hotel auch Fahrräder zum benützen.

Vor den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss, neben dem Pool befindet sich ein kleiner Rasen wo die lieben Hundehalter mit ihren Vierbeiner Gassi gehen - ist einfach unakzeptable! Ich würde das Hotel nur deswegen nicht weiterempfehlen!

Ich war nur für eine Nacht in Palm Springs, aber habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist super nett und hat mich herzlich willkommen geheißen Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Garten und Pool laden zum Entspannen ein.

Extraordinary friendly people, extremely helpful

The location was excellent. Cute rooms with ample storage and very quiet. The coffee machine in the common area is a nice touch. Also enjoyed the breakfast vouchers, good food at Ricks.

My only complaint is the pillows, they were either lumpy or too firm.
