We found the apartment to be clean, spacious and comfortable for a 3/4 week stay in February. Located within a short walking distance to a Lidl supermarket, the shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. The weather during the first half of our stay was very cold and wet, but the apartment had sufficient heating and plenty of books and dvds to keep us amused. Once the sun came out the roof terrace was a plus with the lovely Venus beach a short walk away. Martin was easily reachable and provided plenty of information about the apartment and local area, thank you very much. We would definitely book again if planning a trip to the area.

Pluses. Quiet location, only 500m walk to sea, roof terrace (steep steers), close to Lidl (especially we liked fresh fish, to cook in oven), close to town (nice evening walk up to Agora Tavern to have meze). It was chilly during evenings, so radiators and heaters were helpful as the water pipe (pressure was good). Some small notes. It would be nice to have at least one pan what is not totally scratched or warped. It was the first time in our renting history that next day we had to go shopping for toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen paper, soap (one soap between 3 sinks), dish washing liquid, washing detergent. If you stay for 1-2 weeks, it doesn't make any sense, because we had to buy big bottles or quantities, but we used a small amount of such stuff. Anyway, I hope at least next guests can use what we left.

Great place will book again

An excellent clean and modern apartment with fantastic appliances in the kitchen and a great TV system. The balconies are great with one for the sun and one to cool down on. It is a very quiet complex so it's great sleeping with the windows open with the fly screens on . We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely use it again.

The apartment is spotless, and has all you need for your stay, we stayed for 11 nights and could quite happily stayed for longer. The apartment is in a great location not far from the harbour, shops, restaurants and the kings mall all in walking distance. We hired a car for a few day but we enjoyed exploring on foot too, would definitely return to this apartment.

Like to thank Martin for his lovely apartment. Lovely quiet area, everything you require in the apartment it was like home from home only 5 to 10 minute stroll to restaurants and bars also 10 minute walk to the old town with its lovely restaurants. Highly recommend Martin apartment

Fabulous property, has everything you would have at home, plus a rooftop lounge and a swimming pool. Ideal location for access to old town, harbour, and Coral bay. Much better than a hotel.

We spent 2 weeks here, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a well equipped first floor apartment with a fantastic roof terrace, that gets the sun all day. We were close to shops/bars/restaurants on the Tomb of the Kings road, we also had the option of the old town (10 mins walk) or the marina (30 min walk or €10-12 taxi ride). The pool was great for cooling off on the warmer days, but we preferred the roof terrace mainly. Martin (the owner) was on holiday in his other apartment next door, while we were there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us loads of great advice about local restaurants, beaches & wines etc. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting this area. Martin's apartment is beautiful it has everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and Martin was very helpful with any queries we had would highly recommend this property

Wat een luxe om maar liefst drie terrassen te hebben! Voor ieder moment van de dag een fijn plekje in de schaduw of zon :-) We troffen het appartement netjes en schoon aan, het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prettige ligging dichtbij alle voorzieningen. Het is ook erg fijn om twee badkamers te hebben, die beiden aan een slaapkamer grenzen. Wanneer je met twee koppels in het huis zou verblijven, geeft dat toch net wat meer privacy! Martin reageert snel op vragen en is behulpzaam. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

The pool was fantastic and it was really clean and quiet. Special bonus is the rooftop terrace. The apartment is in a quiet location but close to many amenities. Martin the host is excellent, the communication with him was quick and seamless. His recommendations are worth to try. (Although we could not try all of them as there were so many. :-) We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Martin!

September 2019. Just returned home from staying at Martin's apartment which met and went over our expectations. Apartment very large and spacious, all modern furnishings provided to a high standard. Lovely baloney which gets the sun all day long and the roof terrace. Situated in a quite relaxing area, but only a five to ten minute walk to all amenities including shops restaurants and bars. Pool fab and the use of the bike was brilliant for quick trips to the local shops and early sightseeing. Thank you so much for making our first visit to Paphos an exceptional holiday and hope to return soon. Allan

Lovely apartment. But made all the better for the fact you know it’s a home and are welcomed in as such. Martins excellent guide to the apartment and Paphos meant all ran smoothly and we have fabulous local recommendations to try. All proved to be as good as advertised. Would stay again.

Really nice appartment with sun all the time ! Very hot in August. Nobody in the swimming pool, so it was like a private one for us ! 5 minutes walk and you have all buses for everywhere. I really recommend !
