Wonderful service! Very clean. 😄😄

It was clean and quiet. The staff person who checked me in was exceptionally helpful and gracious… making sure things were what I needed and liked.

Super friendly staff with daily housekeeping. We've stayed here before and always like the spacious room with all the amenities - coffee, fridge, micro, hairdryer.

The outside facilities were not as clean as in the past (eg stairway)

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was verh accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location not too far from Seattle and the national parks. Lots of food options very close. Front staff were so nice

There were hairs in the tub and someone was screaming for help outside at 3am for at least an hour. Seems to be someone having hallucinations. Booked the hotel to sleep and ironically did not get any.

My husband was on crutches and fell in parking lot. Owners provided us use of a wheel chair for length of our stay. Could not have managed without it! Will always stay here!

The property is located near I-5, Everett and the Northern Part of Puget Sound. Parking was available and the Wi-Fi worked OK. My room was much quieter than I would have expected.

The property is showing it's age. Most everything was has either been repaired or in need of repair. If you just need a place to sleep and don't need many amenities it's fine. Otherwise spending a bit more might get you a more comfortable stay.

Very friendly staff and affordable hotel. Conveniently located in terms of reaching Northern Cascades National Park, Mount Rainier, the Seattle metro are and even the ferry to Olympic Peninsula. The staff went on to ensure I had a great stay.

It is a bit dilapidated in parts but the rooms spotlessly cleaned and all amenities are there.

The guy at front desk was super rude, very bad customer service. Dont expect to be able to have any family or friends stop by. Old man will kick u and guests out if u have anyone over even for 1 min. Even if u are in from outta town and havent seen family in long time. Family can not stop by and say hello. Super upsetting. And very disrespectful....

We have stayed here before, and really like it. It's roomy, has everything we need, and the folks there are so nice. They've added morning coffee, parking is easy, and it's inexpensive enough that we can stay a little longer.

The bedding is a little thin... but we just turned up the heat a little. We like it that the unit has a "constant fan" function.
