We loved the location. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

House was very musty smelling. A lot of the plumbing fixtures are loose. There were dead ants everywhere. The pool area is run down, and there are holes in the screen around it where mosquitos got into the pool area. The bathroom by two bedrooms smelled bad. The garage with games that is depicted in the booking pictures was locked off and was not able to be used. The jacuzzi at the pool was not heated unless you want to pay an extra fee.

The property had not been cleaned, beds had not been made up, bins not emptied, crumbs all over the kitchen work surfaces and the carpets were filthy, with black marks.

Location everything was close by

The house was Filthy! No Maintenance what so ever! Bathrooms were dirty, pool wasn’t usable, the floor rug was filthy dirty, all beds feelt like they were going to break, mattresses were impossible to sleep in and you couldn’t feel the A/C so it was impossible to get a good night sleep! I’ve been using Booking.com for years and you can believe I would never trust you again after a house like that and obviously Nobody is going to do Nothing About It! Only positive great location but if i was the owner of that house I would never try to rent it in that condition! Have some pride in your product!

The property is close to Disney World and various restaurants.

Dishwasher was not working. We had to wash dishes starting the second day after building dirty dishes. There no instructions to use the whirlpool. That was a big disappointment.

The pool was nice but the chlorine made my skin itch. The living room areas were nice.

The air conditioning wasnt cool enough. There were ants in our shower/ bathroom. The beds were broken down.

Looks worn needs redecoration. Not very clean.

it should be updated and deep cleaned thoroughly.. bathrooms smelled.. old squeaking beds.. white bedding should be a must but overall stay was a great time :)
